What a fool - saw a great deal on the hoverboard - which will be my daughter's main Christmas present. Bought 12/2... 12 days later... no board. Thinking they are just behind in shipping tried to track the package via my order confirmation page. Can't track package because it brings up an error page. Tried emailing & then calling the company. Can't reach the company. No responses to my emails. They did take my $199+ which now means I will have to have my VISA company start investigating. BBB has poor ratings for this company too (hindsight on my part!) DO NOT BUY! You'll end up losing $ to this company and spending more in the end.
We received our order fairly quickly - within 4 business days. The order was supposed to come with a carry case but it didn't come with one. We contacted customer service by email, and we had the case shipped. My son is very satisfied with his new hoverboard!
Like many of the previous reviewers, I have also been facing many issues with this company. I ordered a black 8in Bluetooth hoverboard for $400 on 11-10-16. It's been exactly one month and the product hasn't even been shipped. I tried calling them and emailing them, but no response. My credit card company is already investigating these filthy scammers.
I ordered on Sept. 8th, received almost a month later after several calls. Day one after a half hour of use, the wheel seized up. After several attempts they answered my call and told me to send it back and they would send a replacement. I sent it back and still no replacement. They have not replied to any of my several emails or phone messages. Because it is past 60 days I cannot dispute the charges.
I ordered a haverboard for my daughter's birthday gift at the end of September. I've got a tracking number but actual shipment was delayed a little bit due to Hurricane Matthew.
After the hurricane, they send us a hoverboard quickly and we are very happy with it.
The company communicated with me nicely.

I ordered my sons hoverboard for hoverboarder.com and it says it would ship same day if before 4pm. And 3 to 4 day shipping. Its been over 2 weeks and have not even gotten a tracking number. I have sent several emails and called the 1-800 number and have not gotten an answer for anyone. Would never order from this site again.
I placed my order on 11/06/16, and received an email confirmation. Website says 3-5 working days to ship, after week I thought maybe they are really busy. After 2 weeks I started to worry. I called and emailed and no response. Really started to freak out, especially after reading reviews. Finally, on the 21st I received an email stating my order was complete and would ship shortly. Next day I received another email with a tracking number that was no good or at least not in FedEx system. Finally after still thinking I was scammed, my daughters hoverboard arrived yesterday 11/29/16. In the wrong color but at this point I'm just glad I received it! Still not sure what's the deal with this company but definitely learned my lesson. I will do research before ordering from unfamiliar sources. Good luck to all of you still waiting!
I am in same boat as the rest of you. It is such a same for them to be able to get away with it. I will be contacting an attorney and start the process for a class action lawsuit. I placed an order on November 25th for 2 hover boards from hoverboarder.com to be shipped as Christmas presents. I have emailed the company and tried calling and left a message with no return message either by email or phone. I still have not received my tracking or shipping information. They were quick to take the money for them on 11-28-2016 but still nothing. At this rate I can't even get in touch with somebody to cancel the order. Vey dissatisfied. I'm beginning to wonder if I will ever get them and if they will even work or be the right things.
The same problems everyone else is having. Quick to take my $$$ and disappear after that. No response from the "customer service" line. No response to any emails. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! I will be contacting my bank, the FL state officials and local government enforcement on cybercrime. Garbage humans involved with this scam should burn in hell!
I ordered my son a Hoverboard for his birthday, on October 16. Didn't receive the item until November 4,2016. Not only did they lie about how fast they ship it, but they sent me the wrong product! I ordered a 6.5 inch hover board, but they sent me a HUGE one, About 15inches. Never in my life seen a such thing... it's for a giant, literally! I have called numerous of times, no answer. Emailed 15 times, they email me back saying they will send me a fed ex shipping label. Didn't even send the attachment. Emailed again, they said again they send it but I open the email and guess what- no attachment. I have contacted federal trade commission- *******357 they told me if everyone calls they will open an investigation and get our money back. So if you have these problems, please call and complain! Hopefully we can shut this company/scammers down!

I placed my order 11/23/16 but realized I purchased the wrong board. I have emailed and called every day with no response. When I try to track my order on their website it shows no order. But I have a confirmation number and they charged my credit card. I should have read the reviews before I placed my order. Now I need to dispute the charge on my credit card. I agree with other post. This is criminal.
I ordered in 11/22. On 11/23 the money was taken from my account, and the shipping label was created in 11/28. I received an email stating that my order was shipped, but when I track it, it only shows that the label was created. I've E-mailed several times and called but haven't gotten a response. I just filed a fraud claim through my bank and they refunded the charges. I just purchased the item locally at a higher price, but at least I know I have my item. It's sad that people just take people's money like that...
Ordered 2 hover boards on November 17,2016, received 2 separate emails on Friday November 25th stating that the boards had "shipped". But in the body of the email it states that it may take FedEx 204 business days before FedEx picks up your order and updates in the FedEx system. Nothing has changed since, the hoverboarder.com site says the have shipped but FedEx site only states only that the label has been created. I have left messages and sent emails but no reply from either. I am giving 24 hours more and then calling the credit card company to get them involved. Good luck if you order from hoverboarder.com!
I trusted Google I will never use Google again they do not check /verify the people that they take their money for for the pay per click. This guy is the lowest of lows I'm actually going to attempt to sue Google a small claims court I know it sounds crazy but they got to be held accountable
I am beyond upset at this so called "company"! My husband purchased a Hover board for my step daughter from Hoverboarder.com and we never received a tracking number. I have called and left emails multiple times and no one ever returned my phone call nor my email. After reading some of these comments I realized what a total scam it is. This morning my husband revived an email from this site to let him know that they are now out of business. Are you kidoing me!? For this site to go go through all this trouble to make a website, email and phone number just to scam people is ridiculous! Especially around this time of year. We are now out 500$ due to us having to go and buy a hover board in store. I will try and get our monew back by requesting a refund. I will go to our lawyer if we have to. Bull$#*!!

I ordered the board in August now it's November and I don't have a board or credit for the faulty product. I left 4 unreturned messages and sent 14 emails. I would occasional get an email response but it was spotty. They sent me 2 faulty hover boards. The first never worked and the replacement board worked form 4 days. Both took over 2 weeks to arrive to me. Finally just returned the product and asked for a credit and they said they put it through over a month ago and no credit has appeared, now they won't return my emails. I will dispute with my credit card. What a waste of time!
We did receive a board from these creeps, but it stopped working after only a few hours. After I discovered the site was shut down, I did some research and it looks like the board we received is a recalled X1 board, even though the box says it's an X2 board. The serial # qualifies it for a recall on swagtron.com (the old swagway). Of course our board doesn't qualify because it was purchased after Feb. 2016, but it shows that these creeps were selling recalled boards, which explains why they aren't allowed to ship anymore (if that's even true). For anyone that did receive a board and it's miraculously still working, beware that it may be one of the recalled boards that were catching on fire. I called my bank and disputed the charge and they are moving forward with it, so that should be an option for anyone in my situation. Good luck.

I confirmed the empty lot when I called the Miami Police Dept and the city of Miami business authority... There are over 80 complaints at the BBB this month alone about this fraudulent company. His name is Jimmy Temkin and he is doing business under many other company names using the same address that does not exist. FIle a complaint with your bank and cancel any cards u gave them so they don't charge it again
