Love Love Love the buoy bells, just what I wanted looks great outside in a tree, sounds wonderful know I will enjoy the sound of this great bell for years to come Thanks
We advertised with Houzz for two years, and this past year we invested $4,000, only to receive 22 leads, which we estimate half of which were scams and not viable. We didn't land any projects from those leads, some of which never returned our calls to even make an appointment, and our Houzz Sales Rep refused to make our concerns a priority. After multiple attempts to reach her by email and phone, she failed twice to follow through and show up for meetings we had scheduled (or times she suggested), then complained and made excuses for not checking her emails when I raised concern of her wasting our time by not showing up for appointments. Thus, we requested to speak with her Supervisor. She refused to provide this information stating she could handle all escalations to management, even though she herself wasn't a Manager. I tried various phone numbers at Houzz to try and reach someone else and I was always redirected back to the same Sales Rep. I finally called and spoke to someone under new Houzz accounts, who said we should have been able to speak with a Supervisor and supposedly CCd her boss, our Sales Rep, and her Supervisor so someone in charge could reach out to us directly within 24 hours. It has been over 72 hours without any contact from anyone at Houzz. Last year, customer service there was excellent and we received far better leads, this year something changed at Houzz. We're incredibly disappointed and upset at the money wasted and the service provided. Don't use Houzz! They will be nice until they have you as an account and then you'll just become another statistic in their system that they can replace with someone else next year.
Based on my experience with Houzz, this is a site I will never use again. I ordered a media center from Houzz to be shipped to my home. The address provided was correct, and the item was shipped. Unfortunately, the item was delivered 20 houses down to the wrong address. As of this review, it has been almost 72 hours since it was delivered and it has yet to be moved to my home. While it was not Houzz's fault for the delivery error, the customer service I have received since has been awful. I have called Houzz three times to confirm and get the furniture moved. I have expressed the urgency of having an upset neighbor having a package of this size in front of her home, as well as the fact that it is supposed to snow on Tuesday and possibly ruin the furniture. In making calls to Houzz, I was shocked to find out on Friday that instead of making a call, the agent just emailed the freight carrier. The agent I spoke to on Saturday attempted a call, but they were closed. Finally, I called again on Monday, and they confirmed the carrier had received the email. The agent called the freight company and confirmed, again to my shock, that yet another email had been sent and that I should allow 24 hours to hear back. At that time, I collected the freight information from the Houzz customer service and called myself. The freight company advised that they had contacted the company who delivered the item to confirm the cost of shipping it to the correct address. I explained to the freight agent that it was the company's error in delivering to the wrong address, and he quickly expedited me to the top of the list to get scheduled to have the package moved. The fact that Houzz customer service never took the time to do this needs to be explained. As someone who works in the customer service industry, I would be appalled to find out one of my employees put in this level of minimum effort to try and remedy a situation. I suspect Houzz is incredible if you do not have a problem, but from my experience, they have shown themselves to be less than stellar if an error occurs.
I love the lights but one panel glass broken when box was opened. Now I will have to go and pay to have another piece of glass cut. Bummer!
For those looking to get leads, this is not your place. All you will get is hot air and a monthly charge to your credit card. Don't do it..
Great experience. I was looking for classy waist can and tissue box cover and there was a huge selection.
PROS BEWARE!
HOUZZ is a total scam.
They offer Professional Designers Marketing Services. They convince the "PRO" to sign up for a year for thousands of dollars. The calls that are received are mostly for tiny jobs that are not enough to offset they thousands invested in their Marketing Services. A year after signing up over the phone, HOUZZ starts automatically charging the PRO a monthly fee ($250 per month) in my case. I never authorized it. I have called HOUZZ every few days for a month and the rep on the phone knows nothing and cannot help and offers to have someone call back. THEY NEVER DO. I FINALLY got a hold of my account rep via email who said she cannot even talk to me for 2 weeks, and said if I cancel, I will be assessed a Termination Fee. I already paid for the year, and never continued beyond that. There is no one to talk to AND THERE IS NO CANCELATION OPTION in the Advanced Settings of the PRO Account (if you search how to cancel, it gives instructions, but the instructions are false, there is no "deactivate account" setting. I had to dispute with my credit card company. I have wasted so much time on this. I will never work with HOUZZ as a PRO again, nor will I ever purchase from them. Once you give them your credit card details, they hold on to it and charge you without permission. I spoke to someone in the Philippines just now, and she said (like all the other reps) there is no one available to assist me, she will forward my message. ENDLESS CYCLE of getting NO WHERE.
Experian sent me a alert that my email was compramised on the dark web and my password was revealed and now i dont feel safe
Thank you for being so good with your customer service. It is very natural in appearance very close to human hair and is very comfortable.

New credit card, used atHouzz, fraud on card before end of month. Recieved product, found it later at Walmart
DO NOT BELIEVE THE REVIEWS ON HOUZZ
My negative review of Resistance Swim Spa who sell steel swimming pools keeping being taken down.
Customers are spending tens of thousands of pounds with this company and need to be aware of the issues we have faced with them before the spend their life saving with them.
I purchased a swim spa from Resistance Swim Spa soley based on the 5 star reviews published on HOUZZ.
My experience with them has been nothing short of horrendous and HOUZZ have not come back to me to explain why my negative review keeps being taken down.
In 2019 I purchased a swim spa, years on and endless calls/emails we have been left in a terrible state with a pool that leaks, equipment that doesn't work, not enough circulation in the pool resulting in green algee and no way to filter the water and after spending almost £50k we still cannot use this pool as it is not fit for purpose.
I tried to post pictures to show the shocking state we have been left in but my posts keeps being taken down and our only recourse now is legal action.
Please do not base any purchase on the reviews on HOUZZ.
Edit
Our 2022 Transparency Report has landed
As usual, a good experience. Nice selection, competitive pricing and fast shipping. The sink is great and just as shown on the site.
Good selection, searching and filtering could use work.
Also, standardizing requirements to enter specifications (size, weight, etc)
Good selection, would like better filtering options and more standardized requirements for vendors to enter specifications. Size does matter sometimes. :)
To whom it may concern:
We recently had our house painted, completed by the College Works Group, led by Arthur "Trip" Ford. We were looking for a painting crew when a friend, a former client of CW and Trip gave me a referral with phone number to call Trip. He gave us an excellent recommendation for this group. I called Trip, set up an appointment and the rest is history.
Trip met us at our home. He was on time, thorough in explaining the process; scraping, following the lead paint rules, using a primer glue and final coat of paint. We were very pleased with his presentation, and found him to be honest, professional and friendly. We agreed with the work needed, the cost and signed the contract. He was hired.
Trip set a time frame for the process and followed through. We were notified timely with each stage of the project, which was very nice. He offered and upgrade of paint to be used which was appreciated, and we agreed to same We are very glad we did as our house looks great.
We can't say enough good things about Trip and his crew, Travis and Nick and their work ethic. We observed very good communication and direction between them through out the project. They arrived on site on time. They were most respectful of our home and surroundings. They followed through with contract items, ie: walk around daily, cleaning of site and neatness.
What we witnessed was an honest interest in their work and doing it well. They showed pride in the outcome, and were most appreciative of our compliments. They were great and it was our pleasure to have them on site.
Our neighbor took notice and said he would give them a recommendation on a job well done.
We thank Trip for his outstanding professional leadership and management skills.

Product shipped was low quality and did not assemble per instructions. Final assembly did not fit like it should have
Houzz.com is probably the best when it comes to this. I would refer houzz.com to any business owner, or client.
I love this ice bucket. The anchor on it is perfect and it holds numerous beers and couple of wines.
December 8,2018,
I've had the privilege of working with Jeff Thomas and Marc Hayward, Watermark Coastal Homes to build a cottage in Habersham, located in Beaufort, South Carolina. Throughout the course of construction, Jeff and Marc displayed a high level of professionalism, experience, dedication and commitment to quality.
Watermark Coastal Homes demonstrated the qualities of an outstanding Team.
Enthusiasm and Commitment, from the first meeting it was clear they were enthusiastic about building my cottage and were commitment to assist me through the entire building process.
Competency, when selecting Watermark, it become evident I was working with two highly competent professionals. It allowed me to be confident and trusting, knowing they understood my vision and budget for the cottage. Their competency quickly erased any cause for needless anxiety on my part.
Creativity, both Jeff and Marc are creative thinkers. If something seemed not to be working in my plan, they quickly came up with a creative solution to make it work.
Perseverance, came easily to this team. They were steadfast in their belief and nothing came in the way of our vision. We encountered some obstacles, a hurricane, bad weather and a few other delays. Never, did I feel uncomfortable with the decisions they were making. They also communicated any delays in the building process and why they occurred.
A sense of humor is another quality of a successful team. Dedication and commitment doesn't preclude having fun. Marc demonstrated this time and time again as we picked out choices for my cottage. He constantly kept me on course and helped me stay within my budget. He knew my style and helped me narrow my choices so it was not at all overwhelming.
Marc and Jeff have an outstanding team of subcontractors. They are also professional and care about the quality of their workmanship. Marc was often on site working with them, also checking their work to ensure it was up to the quality expected by Wathermark Coastal Homes.
Unquestionably, building my home with Watermark Coastal Homes was the most pleasant experience. The craftsmanship and quality of construction are exceptional. Barbara J Westcott

I am absolutely in love with this piece! It's beautiful! Very solid and well made. Delivery was very smooth and it was packaged extremely well.
Answer: Good question Maggie. I don't think there is. I think this site is just there to help their vendor and not assist consumers in making informed decisions. I found had a contractor who had defrauded us and changed his business name on Houzz. I posted a review on his profile notifying the public of what he had done to us, and Houzz did not publish the review. I joined Sitejabber to warn the public about Houzz.
Answer: I began as a Pro on Houzz and spent $2000 on Advertising. This was supposedly for a year of top exposure. No one purchased, the couple of calls I received were people wanting to USE my service for ideas. I have since discontinued complimentary initial appointments. These people are the biggest scammers in the world! I'm still one of the Pros just to see if anything bites but I noticed they go into vendors photos and try to find similar product then they sell their products. Great way to sway your client and to steal customers!
Answer: Go straight to the top at Houzz. Ms. Adi Tatarko, CEO, Alon Cohen, Pres. If tha doesn't work, I suggest you file complaint with the Consumer Affairs Division of the California Attorney General's Office.
Answer: The Pros, at least at the beginning, were not in competition with this company (Houzz). They convinced the "Designer" world that the were strictly collecting ideas for the public and to help improve the vendors chances of being hired. Those reviews on the Pros are about the Pros, they come from their clients. About 2-3 years ago, Houzz began selling out from under all the vendors! They are SO low they have gone into the photos of the pros, look for a product they have that might be similar to something they sell and lead them away from the pro. The 1-2 stars you see here are the reviews for "Houzz" and their service but the reviews under a Pro are for that Pro. Don't be fooled... If you want the job done right, call the Pro! Listen to these reviews of Houzz and you won't get burned. Two different animals completely!
Answer: Steer clear. The advertising doesn't work, and although they originally started up as a company that would work alongside the vendors, they are now selling out from under most of them, especially the interiors decorators! They are SO low they have actually tagged products inside some of the photos of interior designers and tabbed out similar products to stay the customer away from the Pro and to purchase through them directly!
Answer: Do yourself a huge favor and find it somewhere else. Houzz contracts with third party sellers and their freight companies, they're just a middle man. What a nightmare this has been.
Houzz has a rating of 2.1 stars from 1,655 reviews, indicating that most customers are generally dissatisfied with their purchases. Reviewers dissatisfied with Houzz most frequently mention customer service, credit card and delivery date. Houzz ranks 46th among Furniture sites.
Hi James,
