I ordered a swimsuit (deep v, multi-colored one piece) and was super leery about it because I never buy suits online, nor have I ordered from this company before. It was on sale for $75, which is way more than I usually spend on a suit, so my expectations were high. It arrived quickly in a quality box and fit perfectly. I could tell the quality was excellent by its feel, plus it felt GOOD. The only thing was the color wasn't as "saturated" as appeared in the photo. This could have been because it was on a model with medium brown skin tone (I am white and not tanned at the moment) or/and the site may slightly enhance the colors in their photos for more detail. However, the print and style were exactly as shown and I am super pumped to wear this on my upcoming trip to Jamaica... after I apply a few coats of self tanner :)

Got shoes that were delivered with the soles of the boots literally peeling off the bottoms. L no customer service, no return and exchange policy that makes sense - simply not worth the money and effort.

The customer service is horrible! They have no room for flexibility and are rigid with what they believe is right. I have never seen this type of service. The dresses/clothing aren't great either! Be careful before you invest your money in it.

I needed my order 3 days prior to the original shipping date and messaged house of CB explaining this, they responded promptly and in turn had my order shipped 5 days early! The best customer service experience I've ever received and the quality of the dress is second to none. Would recommend to anyone!

Fraudsters!

I bought 3 dresses on sale from this company. Two didn't fit and returned it for exchange but they sent me an email saying they cannot refund me or exchange the dresses for me! That they will send back the dresses to me as it's stated on their website that 3 for £120 dresses are non refundable and non exchangeable. I am going to take them up. Avoid this company! They are fraudsters!

Their clothes never disappoint & always of the best quality! I contacted them to help with my shipping as it needs minimum 4 business days to get to Australia and i needed it in 2. I was so lucky to receive it in time! The staff were very responsive and kind! Always my go to shop for outfits!

Bad Customer Service
December 22, 2021

They have misleading delivery dates so you can put an order in hoping it will come in time. I placed an order for my birthday after finally getting it through because their system kept kicking me out saying it was error on my card in which it wasn't. I placed my order in hopes of receiving it before my dinner and then I email to see what's going on they insist they're having order delays after they haven't stated any of that on there website prior to putting the order in. This is horrible. Now I have to cancel my dinner. Such a inconvenience because I desperately depended on this dress since they said it would come in time. Never shopping here again.

Worst customer service
October 13, 2021

I bought a dress in july they took my 130 pounds and I never received the dress till October, no letting me know they had production problems no communication, no voucher code because of the inconvenience disgusting. I got the dress it looked like dirty dish water colour, I sent it back and asked for another dress in exchange which was 20 pounds more, I asked for them to send it and waiver the difference since I waited three months for my previous dress after they said it was in stock when I bought it. The cheek they asked me to pay 20 pounds on a gift card, yeah no thanks mate I won't be buying from you anymore your a joke. Your stuff is over priced your customer service is disgusting and you expect me to pay more when I waited three months for a dress to arrive. I've asked for a refund. What a joke.

This is one of the worst shops. The dress I received looked and fit much different than what the website showed. Not to mention that the dress' slit almost showed my private area, which looks NOTHNG compared to what is shown online. I provided them with photos to prove how horrible the dress was and they said they would reimburse and refund all my costs. Once they received it, they refused to reimburse my shipping and made excuses why they cant do so. I lost $60 in shipping alone just because their website is fake with their sizing and how their dress appears. Worst customer service, dishonest site AND employees, and the dresses are not even worth the price. House of CB is the type of company that cares way more about money than their customers. Please do not give them business because this is an experience no one deserves to go through.

I received a robe/wrap as a gift from this company. It was very poorly made and had snags. I wore it a couple of times and the entire front was full of huge snags. The weave was way too loose. I contact the company. I sent photos. I never received any response from them. I can not contact them by phone. The robe was expensive and definitely poor quality.

Great customer service!

Fantastic customer service. I accidentally inputted my address wrong - so I contacted customer service, they got back within a day, changed the address with DHL and continued to get back in contact with me once they saw it had been signed for to check. They also did this for another package of mine no problem. Amazing that they were actually checking WITH ME, rather than me having to chase- amazing!

Misleading return policy
September 18, 2017

I caution you that if you consider buying something from them you run the risk of being scammed. For starters their refund policy is a joke. If you look at the header its says easy refunds but if you click on a product the refund description will read something different. Be ware there clothes are a size or two too small.

Not worth the headache
July 15, 2023

I mailed back a dress I bought due to it being too big, wanting to exchange it for a smaller size. I didn't hear back for two weeks until I e-mailed them asking about the status of my return. Then, they deigned to inform me that my dress was out of stock. To be honest, it felt like they wanted to pocket my money and not say anything. But since I had bought an item on sale, I could only get store credit for my refund. So I put the store credit towards the Tatiana dress instead. I received it - the seams were crooked and the material felt like garbage. Not wanting to go through the hassle, and already feeling sketchy vibes from the company, I decided to suck it up. At least the dress looked flattering. I wore it TWICE. The second time, the zipper split open. This dress wasn't even too tight on me, it was just made with the cheapest materials possible. For 225$, I got to attend a wedding shower with half my body exposed because they couldn't bother to use a decent zipper. I ended up having to cut myself out of the dress with scissors because the slider was stuck at the top, despite none of the zipper being zipped anymore. Thanks House of CB!

Beware

Bought a dress and was mislead by unrealistic delivery dates, so I canceled my order. Received my refund 3 days later & House of CB charged my card AGAIN, without any permission. No warning, no email. Simply a disgusting and shady company.

Love both my dresses!

I found 2 very cute dresses on houseofcb for homecoming and prom and just thought I needed to buy them. Then I read the reviews on this website and thought twice about buying, I then thought why not just give it try and see how the dresses are. The shipping was fast, it arrived in 2 days, the quality is lovely, and both my dresses fit perfectly! I am in love with the clothes and had no problems.

I sent my dress back about 4 months ago, a 240$ dress. Just for it to get sent back to me. They have stopped replying to my emails. Not offered any help. Will never purchase from them again! Do not recommend
