I've been ordering from House of CB (previously Celeb Boutique) for years, and can only remember one time I had an issue which was when I made an order for 6 items but only 5 arrived because the 6th one was out of stock. I received an apology and a refund for the money paid.
I'm absolutely shocked at all these negative reviews, and I'm definitely side-eyeing who or where they could be coming from.
From delivery time, packaging, customer service to the quality of the clothes, everything has been on point in my experience.
These negative reviews are so suspect. They aren't even negative, they are VICIOUS! LOL, what a joke.
I messaged House of CB in regards to checking the sizes of numerous dresses available and received a response extremely quick. Meant I was able to purchase one dress I was waiting on and then continued to help put me on a waiting list for items not currently in stock. Feel positive that I would always be able to get the response I need from them pretty instant.
I ordered the pascale dress for my birthday & it was too small. I sent it back & my package got lost in the mail. I contacted them & told them what happened & they tracked my package down, exchanged my dress for a bigger size & sent it back all in time for my birthday weekend! It was a SUCCESS!
Bought a lovely dress basically the strap snapped just like that, never had a dress that falls apart in matter of hours from wearing it so not happy with it so sent it back requesting a refund instead of an exchange as it was faulty but obviously they send me the same dress back saying they " repaired" the straps, I left the box as it was refusing to open it but sent it again to them via registered post another cost advised by my bank as of now I contacted my bank and they are taking care of the matter hopefully refunding me the charges! No customer service exists in this thing called a Company nothing they have lost my custom and all my family and friends
I am very annoyed to find that this stuff ships from east asia which has some of the worst ethics for factory laborers. Where is this money going to? All to the owner I assume since I'm paying over $300USD for a piece of cloth from a sweatshop. Also take WEEKS for the item to come in. If you want the quality for the cost look elsewhere.
I had some difficulties trying to place an order, contacted customer service immediately and received a respond in a jiffy! Very impressed with the speed of replies and customer care. Got my answers, placed my order, received my item and loved every bit of it :)
The quality of these items are unbelievable, the fit is effortlessly beautiful, and they come in a short amount of time, beautifully packaged and presented, this is not a fast fashion brand something far more luxurious and more of an experience with the shopping, absolutely perfect!
Received a faulty dress. I purchased the emailed customer service and let them know. I shipped it out to return a couple days later and paid for tracking. The dress was delivered over 15 days ago and they are now telling me that the dress was snagged and stained. I have never worn the dress and ended up buying the same dress in different sizes. They will not refund me after I clearly have re-purchased the dress again after it came damaged. I have NEVER worn this dress. Terrible service, have no phone number to contact.
Well I keep on telling my bestfriend that I don't mind posting a good review if it really deserves one and so far I haven't been disappointed with this store. The staff are also very nice and that is why I keep on coming back.
Ok its pricey but the dress I got was a very nice material, it has a weighty feel to it, etc. I was unable to sign for my package so I worked with customer service to have the address changed to my work and they were quick to respond and very helpful and resent my dress with no extra charge. When it came I had to switch and get a different size and that return was quick and easy as well and I got the correct size within less than a week. The dress is gorgeous and high quality. I will definitely shop here again.
Welp, taking this as a lesson learned to Google new companies first. Saw the dress on Instagram and my husband ordered it for me for Christmas. I tried it on this morning and the crystals IMMEDIATELY started falling off as well a seam ripped. Dress fits perfectly and I didn't force it on or handle it roughly at all so for $300 I expect way better quality than this. Looking through all these reviews, I'm not even going to bother dealing with their customer service as my time and energy are more valuable so I'll leave this review here in the hopes someone sees these before they order from them and I'll leave comments on their instagram. What a scam.
I've been shopping at House Of CB for about 5 years now and the quality of their clothes is unreal, I always get compliments when I wear them and I love how they look & make me feel. Their delivery service always delivers when they say they will & their Instagram page are so lovely aswell & always reply to my messages, there's honestly nothing I can fault. My favourite shop evaaaaa
First of all i received my items in an old printer box! Not beautiful packaging as u wud expect for the price, then after 2 wears the seams gad holes in due to poor sewing that had missed in parts and frayed piping around the waist, i questioned this and to my horror thet started questioning me! No apology or refund or exchange, i ended up just sewing them myself! Terrible customer service and build quality!
I never leave reviews online but I feel so strongly about House of CB that I just simply had to chime in here. This brand is the lowest of the lowest. The quality of their garments is only rivalled by Primark. I ordered a black lace dress which I tried on once; hated and yet couldn't get a refund. It has been sitting in my garage collecting dust. I can't even bring myself to give it to my local charity as I feel that they'd be too insulted.
Every single person that recommended them on Youtube, I have unsubscribed from or don't visit anymore.
I am certain that all positive reviews are written by staff.
All the 5* reviews on Google are written by the company staff, online trading regulations don't apply to them as the company is registered in China.
The quality is horrible, they just copy Designs seen on celebrity, save yourself some money and buy from aliexpress, it's the same product for really cheap.
They only care about profit, scamming people, the founder marks up the price to sell on a drop ship basis.
Stay away from scammed business
I order a couple dresses online they came within 3 days and they are the best purchase I've ever made. I did return one because it was too small. I send it back and got my money back 3 days later after they had received the dress.
If I could give negative stars - this company would definitely get that from me! I've never been so ignored by any company in my life before! They mistakenly shipped my order to Colorado, to some random address. They responded once to my email with questions about what are we going to do now. After that the responses stopped and it's been over 2.5 months since I ordered dresses from there and never gotten either my money back or order reshipped to the right address (to me). They've been ignoring my emails for a month now! Don't waste your money! It's a terrible company with the worst costumer service I've ever experienced in my life!
Unfortunately I had to change the dress I ordered with another item because I chose the wrong size.
The customer service was very fast and helpful, they sent me the other item quickly.
Also I wanted to say the quality of the clothes is here. I will order again very soon!
I ordered an item from House of Cb and cancelled it before it was processed and dispatched. I was sent a letter of confirmation from them accepting cancellation of the order. I was also informed that nothing would be taken from my account. Weeks later the item was dispatched and an unauthorised debit taken from my account.
At this point (almost 2 weeks after returning the cancelled item) I still have not received the the refund, which they confirmed would happen.
To add insult to injury I have had to pay the postage to return the item; signed return. They also promised to refund this amount and have not.
I have asked for their complaints procedure and not received it. No surprises there!
An absolutely appalling service, that does not consider customers to be a priority.
Still waiting for a full refund.

One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. Read the fine print on their website, if you want to make and exchange or return, they make you pay for return shipping. Their customer service is also some of the worst I've dealt with, they too a month (A MONTH) to get back to an order issue, then refused to allow an exchange.
Product quality is subpar, what you would expect from much cheaper brands; just not worth it at all.
