I order like 1 mo ago. I just got my package and the dress very small. I tried to complain no one ever get back to me. The dress also NOT EVEN look like pic at all. This dress even look like i bought somewhere in china. Omg

They sent me the wrong dress. Told me to return it so that they could send me the correct dress I ordered. Then MADE ME PAY half for returning the UNORDERED dress. Then are rude to me over email. Then blanked my message. I will be taking this further as their conduct is blatantly illegal under consumer law... 2 weeks, many emails, and time and worry later, they have accepted that they must refund the money for the postage.

It was my first time to try this store and was not disappointed at all. This was referred to me by a friend actually who has been a long time customer of this store. Hopefully on my second visit it will be the same. I was helped by the ladies and was able to get what I really want.

I purchased a shirt online and return it the next day for a different size and never got the shirt or money back. I sen them emails and never got an response. I also reached out on Instagram and finally got an response that if they received the item they would've send it back to me! I just let it go it was only 59$

Considering their sizing is so out of sync with the rest of the highstreet you'd think they'd be more flexible with exchanges. House of CB refused to exchanged a bikini top and now I'm left with an unwearable item. Buyers beware that the sizes are all over the place and you won't be able to exchange or return. Total waste of time and money.

I visited the House of CB store in Westfield Stratford a couple of weeks ago. It was cold. I was told the heating was not working. Today the heating still not working! I am feeling it for their staff who have to work all day in such conditions. Not good for their lungs. How much longer before the staff go off sick?

Very accommodating staff! When I ordered i had a problem with the size. I immediately contacted them and relay my concern. The customer service representative assisted me well and took note of my concern. When my order arrived, it's the correct size! One happy customer here!

I purchased a dress on this website and they kept charging my card for no reason! When I had a return I gave it back the next day tag everything on it, they didn't return the said I wore it. Please don't buy from this website they are just stealers!

I love house of cb, I have been buying from this site for more than 2 years... I have bought a lot of stuff, and even though it's pricy you get the quality. Also I have bigger hips than my waist and on this site, for the first time in my life, I found things that fit me properly. I wear a size S and I love how everything look on me and how the people compliment me.
