House of CB has the worst costumer service ever! My order was never sent and they took WEEKS to answer my emails about my concerns. After they admitted to never shipping out my order they asked if I would like a refund, I chose to be refunded but have yet to receive anything… it has now been OVER 2 months! At this point, I think they are scammers. Do not risk losing your money to this company and order from somewhere else.
I ordered the TANA Pink Strapless Corset Midi Dress for a wedding reception I was attending. I cannot tell you enough how beautiful this dress was, a stunning piece of clothing and the quality was second to none! This dress boosted my confidence and made me happy with the way I looked for the first time in a long while. Worth every penny!
I ordered the same top twice bc the sizing was so off. I ordered a large + and it still wouldn't zip even through the size chart said it should be loose. Also on top of it all the clothes stink of a fish smell- this is likely from the packaging it comes in but it is still so gross and doesn't go away until it is hand washed.
Long story short I received my dress and the dress is lacking. I'm really upset as given the price I expected that of higher quality. I ordered the dress 2x to try to remedy the issue but the problem is the construction of the dress. All I am asking is for customer service to provide a prepaid return label because I've already lost money on this dress trying to fix it when the problem is due to the craftsmanship of the item. Customer service is giving me a hard time. This dress is my size but dress is ill fitting due to integrity of the item.
Worst company, worst experience, very bad customer service. Bad quality, rude. Garments bad quality... I can only say that the 5* reviews I believe are fake as until I looked now I can't believe the amount of bad reviews they have. At least I know I'm not alone in how badly I was treated.
I bought 2 bikinis from here. After 3 weeks and no dispatch email, I emailed customer service. They explained they had production issues and the bikinis were put on hold. I waited another 2 weeks and still nothing. I asked for a refund and they said they would process this for me. After 10 days, I had no refund. I emailed customer service again and they gave me an ARN number to contact my bank. My bank said it hadnt been processed. Luckily my bank has credited me and is investigating this company. I have read on their Instagram comments that others are having the same issue. This company seems like they take your money. Scammers. DO NOT BUY HERE!
Having just spend the last month in battle with House of CB, I finally got my money back rather than a credit note. They are not aware of UK Consumer regulations and even when sent the evidence they were not willing to accept their policy is unlawful. I got help from Citizens Advice - they were fab and reported the company to Trading Standards - and eventually my credit card. In reading those who love the site, I agree they have some lovely and unique items - my daughter kept one of there dresses and she looks stunning in it. All is fine until you have a problem and that's when they are crap. If anyone out there does have an issue don't give up, their help centre I think contain little robots who can't write a sensible email, head office is Hong Kong and you can't get details of anyone in authority. I tweeted Conna Walker - didn't get a reply though!
Be careful when you return an item!
I returned a dress and even paid extra to have the package signed upon receipt, as instructed. Three days later, I looked on usps tracking and it was returned and signed for by an house of cb employee, so I tossed the receipt. Two weeks passed and I hadn't received a refund so I emailed them. They indicated they never received the return, even after I told them it was signed for. I went to the post office and begged them to pull up all the transactions from that day. I sent house of cb a copy of the proof of return and their employees signature. A week later I received a refund, no apology or anything. Had I not found the info from usps, I would've been out of over $200 and they'd be $200 richer, and have the dress back. To make matters worse, usps only keeps records for 30 days, so I'm grateful I went on the 27th day, and it was still in their system.
VERY DIFFICULT TO GET A REFUNDS FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT TO BUY ANOTHER ITEM THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU BUY IT UNLESS YOU CAN BUY ANOTHER ITEM AND WAIT FOR THEIR REFUND
YOU CANNOT TALK TO THIS COMPANY AND THEY FIRSTLY IT WILL BE REFUNDED IN 3-5 DAYS REFUND FROM TRACKED RETURNED ITEM THEN THEY EMAILED 5-10 DAYS AND NOW TO 15 DAYS TO REFUND.
My absolute go to for any special event/occasion when you want to feel amazing! The quality is always unbelievable and the designs are just insane. The bandage dresses are always the best quality and they really know how to make any figure look the best
I ordered a dress from house of CB for a destination wedding. On the website it said it takes 2-3 working days for delivery and there was 5 working days in between my order (which I placed at 7am.) I received a confirmation email saying it would arrive in 2-3 working days still. On day 4 I emailed asking why it hadn't arrived and was met with very slow responses saying it would follow the 'standard' 5-6 working days because it was outside the UK and would arrive on the 6th which is 4 days after I leave for the destination wedding. None of this had been communicated earlier to give me a chance to explore other options and they reply to emails very slowly. I found out that it was available in store, so they lied about it only being available outside the UK, and till now have not offered me to go pick it up instore with my invoice which I have asked for repeatedly. Now I have a flight in a couple of hours and have to run around looking for a dress despite having work. This was a major inconvenience and would have been a non issue had they been honest at any point about their delivery times.
I ordered a loungewear set that consisted of a dress and cardigan, and I couldn't be happier with them! The packaging was 5 stars, along with the items. There was a one week delay, but with UPS tracking I was aware where the package was. Lastly, from most of the bad reviews I've read, is mostly because people are ordering from fraudulent websites, they should know better!
I purchased this dress and may I just say the fit, quality, packaging, and customer services is outstanding! What I love is how fast the shipping is and how the fit is just excellent! I received so many compliments! Definitely recommend!
I ordered some perfume that they said was delivered to a wrong address TWICE. After months of not receiving my order, I asked for a refund. I get excuse after excuse and still no order and no refund. Wish I could give a ZERO. I would never order from them again!
So I order the Belere black bandage dress on Wednesday and I receive it on Friday. The dress was true to the size just like it said in the description and the quality is very good. I'm super happy with the fit and fast service. Can't wait to wear it this weekend. Thank you House of CB
I ordered a beautiful dress for Wimbledon 2022 as I loved the brand and arrived pretty late and when I asked for help the costumer service was a disaster... It is extremely disappointed after paying more than ÂŁ100 for a dress. Just read our reviews and please improve HOUSE OF CB! Also, the delivery with Parcel Force, a nightmare, they didn't leave you any receipt and you need to call them to track the parcel...
I ordered a dress in a small, received an email stating they had no smalls left and asked if I would take a medium. I agreed to try a medium under the impression I could return the item if it were too large. The dress was huge and I received no refund slip with the item. Upon emailing them for one I was told this item is not allowed to be refunded or exchanged. I feel this is very unfair as if the item had been a small (like I had ordered originally) and their website had been updated correctly I wouldn't have wasted my money. I won't be buying anymore through them, plenty of other websites offering similar dresses etc and I have since even noticed the exact same items being sold on Alibaba for a FRACTION of the cost.
As we are gooing to celebrate the 15th birthday of my eldest daughter, my wife guarantee to present her some dress which is her usual attire. The day we get the dress, my wife checked it and based on her inspection, really had a good textile and no damage at all. Also never disappoint out daughter. Out daughter. Thanks for the good items and hoping to make out many more classy dresses.
Needed a bigger size but i was overdate my return, the team was up most helpful with back and forth emails and completely understood circumstance.
The item was then out of stock in a bigger size but the team went out there way to source for me and i can now have for my holiday :)

I mentioned to H o C that service gave me wrong tracking number and they didnt even read my e-mail and they send me the same involid tracking number over again.
Its pathetic.
Cheaper brands are way more serious and treat customers better, and work they best.
