If I could give this company a zero I would.
I ordered 2 x jumpsuits in different sizes - pretty pricey at £129 each. I paid £5.99 for these to be delivered. They arrived, creased with legs so long you would have to be 7ft tall for them not to drag on the floor or you'd have to have them tailored. The body was so short it would cause injuries to your nether regions. At this point I realised they don't offer free returns so paid for a courier to return the items back.
Several days later I received an email saying my return had been processed - great, end of that... No. I check my bank account and they have short changed me £6 on the cost of the items returned. I obviously didn't expect delivery charges to be credited but to then not receive the full amount of the items!
When emailing them to ask them why I was refunded £6 short they tried to say it was to cover delivery costs! Delivery costs I've already paid... they then tried saying it was a special fee... I've never heard such BS in all my life! House of CB deal have zero customer services & are not open to discussing that fact they've short changed you!
I will be reporting them to consumer rights & seeking a refund through my bank.
I bought a $280 dress from House of CB and when I received it, it smelled heavily of body odor in the armpit area. Like, I could NOT unsmell it. This dress was far too expensive and difficult to clean for me to accept this kind of fault. I asked for a shipping label to send it back so I can exchange it for the same exact dress, but one without any odor. I was told I have to pay the $20 in shipping to send it back, and then I'd be refunded for it. After multiple emails and about 10 days later, the company submitted my refund for the dress and then told me that I can't exchange it for the same dress because the dress is now sold out. Then, to make things worse, they said they did not smell any odor on the dress that I received therefore I do not get my $20 shipping fee refunded. Why would I make up the odor smell just to send back the dress and have them send me the same exact dress?! I have begged to speak to a manager over the phone, and I was told there is no customer service over the phone, so my only way of communication is through emails that are not responded to. Terrible customer service for a company that promotes such high quality product, I'll never buy from them again!
The worst customer service ever. Agents don't read email threads nor do they don't add notes to your account so you end up explaining yourself over and over from email. No number to contact them on.
The returns label indicated I had to send the return item back to las vegas which I did at a cost of £13. They keep emailing me im at fault and I should have sent the item back to a depot in the UK. I still have no answer of how they will solve that issue. The dress cost £90.
I have spoken to trading standards because they are registered out of the EU consumer regulations do not apply. So be becareful.
Now they are telling I can not get a refund for the item because it was on sale. The dont care about consumer rights just pure profit. They want to give me a credit note forcing me to spend on their site. Its my choice I want my money back which they are refusing.
I have spent over £2000 on House of CB products instore and on the site but never ever again.
Three weeks down the line I have no refund no credit note no answers I am out of pocket.

I would say the quality of the dress is fine. However, I happened to find a flaw of the fabric after I have purchased it. Although it was quite an obvious one, I only spotted it after I got home. Then I tried to return the dress to the store, but the staff was really rude. They said they can't refund it because they have found white marks on it. It is weird! Because I have only tried it on for once. Since this dress was out for display, there could be a possibility it was already there before I bought it. However, they insisted that they can't refund it for me. After I got home, I tried to remove the white marks by patting on the dress gently and it did help to remove it! So then I got back to the store and ask for the refund, the staff was extremely rude and said I have washed it and again refused to refund it for me! I can't describe how terribly rude they were, and their attitude has demonstrated that it was all my fault which has caused the white marks and flaw. I understand that they tried to position them self in a luxurious level, but they did not demonstrate to me that they have the right skills to achieve that level. I didn't receive any apology from them. Wanna emphasize the fact that I didn't cut the bundle off from the dress, and I also took a pic in the fitting room when I tried it on. The flaw was already there in my pic!
This website is scam, I ordered three dresses. They arrived with the damaged and I sent them back to them. They never refund me and send me those items back. Totally scam.
Purchased $89 sweater which arrived damaged. Company refuses to replace, refund, acknowledge or do anything about this. Complete ripoff. Buyer beware!
I simply cannot fault House of CB. Every thing I have purchased has always been high standard, perfectly fitting & incredibly flattering.
I feel my most comfortable when wearing house of CB, in particular the Anais' dress. It truly is the best I have ever felt; SIMPLY THE BEST!

The problem is theyre sizes are all over the place and they do not cover return shipping so you're supposed to just guess or be a mind reader

I am SOOOOO annoyed and frustrated with this company. DONT EVER ORDER HERE! I ordered a dress on Tuesday night for my graduation Saturday and instead of choosing the free 2-3 day shipping offered, I expressed it overnight for $15. Considering I ordered on a Tuesday night, I should have received my order before Saturday. I received an update that my dress was shipped on Thursday morning, WITH FREE 2-3 DAY SHIPPING! I tried to contact customer service MULTIPLE times about the mistake they made JUST to receive an email saying they would refund my $15.On top of that they tried to lie about the mix up and ignored the fact they did not overnight my item. UPS (although they claim they use Fedex) confirmed that they shipped my item with 2-3day shipping. I deserve a refund as well as the item. My item isn't even arriving until Monday! I have no dress for graduation although I had my shoes/accessories/nails ready. I'm just at a loss for words.
I placed an order for my Birthday dress over three weeks ahead even though it said "three day shipping". It had been three days past the delivery date and there were no location updates. I contact them and UPS and they finally shipped my package after I sent a list claim (they probably lost it and didn't notice it wasn't moving until I asked). The dress finally got here the Monday of my birthday party (a week after it should've) and unfortunately it was too big. I contacted them to see if they could ship a smaller size in time for the party (since the claim 2-3 day shipping and I still had 4 days to the party). They told me to place the order and they would monitor it. Two days later UPS still says they have not received the package. I have to contact them yet again and tell them it won't get here on time and if they haven't delivered the package I want it cancelled. The next day there is finally a location on UPS and they let me know it can't be cancelled and will get here on Monday when I needed it by Saturday. They have no idea where their packages are and both times they weren't shipped until I contacted them which is not something a costumer should have to do. Very disappointed in this company since they failed me with the delivery both times, once by OVER a week and only after I set up a claim!
BEWARE: They don't cover the cost of returns and there returns warehouse is in Spain, the cost of return for a large wedding dress is exorbitant/incredibly high. I had to pay £140 to return a dress. - it then got stuck at customs for 4 months - and I still have not had my money back after all this hassle.
I brought a £800 wedding dress online, which looked nothing like the picture & the material felt really cheap (the colour was like a pale yellow, not ivory/cream or white… YELLOW, the fit was odd and the dress was far to big even the smallest size) - but no worries right, I'll just return it. WRONG.
My mistake, I didn't realise House of CB didn't cover the cost of returns - I thought I was just shipping it back to a returns depot in the UK, however you have to ship it back to Spain - It cost me £60 in order to return the dress due to how big it was.
This isn't the worst part though, my return was held at customs in Spain for nearly 4 months so I contacted them to ask what was going on. They said House of CB refuse to accept the return as they refuse to pay the custom fees as the dress was worth £800 (in case the parcel got lost) - so they returned the dress to me.
When they returned the dress to me I had to pay £20 in custom fees. I contacted House of CB about this and they were unhelpful and said I need to return the parcel again but declare the dress as less then £100 (when the dress is worth over £800) - this is crazy, as what happens if the dress gets lost or damaged - I loose £800?
So I'm total, I've had to spend £140 in returning a wedding dress.
I went to this store today to ask for a dress I had seen online.
The girl at the counter approxamately between 12/1pm 16/7/17 was rude and had a bad unprofessional attitude she directed me to one corner the dress was not in stock as I could not see it what annoys me is she pointed to a back corner rather than show me and when I said was not there she said sorry loveShe then continued to stand behind the till pretending to do things in a already clean shop? She should have been trying to sell the merchandise and not once did she offer to show me any other styles or help me? I eventually found something myself only to get to the changing room and notice a button missing and a hole in the zip and pulls at the bottom dress retailing at £129.The girl who was in the changing room offered help she clearly should have been on the shop floor and not this ignorant woman who lost a customer really as I would have bought something had the experience been better. I now will be going to somewhere else without the ego... joke.

House of CB is a brand that cheats customers operates against UK law and is fradulent. If you happened to purchase anything on sale and it came defected you cannot return even though half of the sequins on a sequins dress is missing they do not care. Their sizes is another thing Nothing to do with UK sizes. If you are actually XS size do no order because items delivered as XS are super large. Their attitude towards clients is another thing. They are not listed on the website of consumer affairs as company obiding UK laws on consumer principles. The consumer is there to be cheated and they laugh at you when you tel the, the item is damaged! All so that they can extorq you! They take no responsability even if you notify them straight away customers wait for many months for a refund!
The quality in primary is much better
They invest on marketing and models, but beware it looks nothing like the picture, it's made in China, sold by a Chinese company!
I never write reviews but I felt like I needed to for this company.
I originally received a two piece set of clothing as a birthday present, before I had even had the chance to try on the outfit I noticed fake tan marks on the inside of the top part of the garment. Ofcourse I sent it back, I then had to contact them to see if they had received my item only to be told that they received it three days prior to my email.
After a lengthy 3 weeks of going back and forth on emails, nothing had been sorted out, mainly due to every email I got in response was from a different person and each one was just as clueless as the next.
I decided to call up one of their shops to see if they could offer any advice, only to be told by the woman that it 'wasn't her problem'. When I told the customer service team about this they brushed it off as if it was nothing.
I work for a clothing company and we wouldn't dream of dealing with our customers the way they deal with theirs.
I will never be ordering from this company again.
I never leave bad reviews, ever. The one and only time I placed an order through HouseofCB has been a nightmare. I ordered a dress which arrived on 12/28/17. After trying the dress on it didnt work for my body. The ribbon was left on and I paid $26.95 to return the dress via USPS on 12/29/17. Less than 24 hours after I got it. The tracking number shows the dress was delivered to the Las Vegas address on 1/2/18. I used the address provided on the packing slip. I have been emailing with thier *******@houseofcb.com and theyre giving me the run around. No refund, no help. Theyre are telling me to check with the shipping carrier. The tracking information on USPS is very clear. I have emailed with Noel, Nikki, and Lucila. This was the last email from Nikki.

Please do not waste your money here. I looks as though I will be fighting a long battle with them to get my refund and I'm willing to wait as long as it takes.
Policy says orders after 4PM will only be dispatched the next day. I ordered my dress at 4.15PM with next day delivery et voila I got my dress 8am the next day!
I was able to find by dream dress on this shop. Good quality also. It's what I have been looking for.
