I ordered 2 dresses for my birthday. My credit card was charged twice and I had to contact my credit card company to dispute the second charge, one dress package was lost in the mail and the other one I received did not fit true to size as listed online and does not fit at all. This has been a terrible experience. I also did not know their clothes are made in China and it would take a month to deliver. I will never purchase something or recommend this company ever. Very disappointed, if I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT SHOP HERE!
Don't even bother ordering with House of CB because there are so many scam sites pretending to be them. I ordered off of a scam site and received a stupid awful looking dress still thinking it was House of CB. Long story short, I lost out on the dress I wanted for my GRADUATION because of them. And all of this because of THEIR brand name and their stupid legal team who obviously are totally incapable of sorting this scam problem and inconsiderate staff of the real House of CB who are now proceeding to ignore me because they won't do the decent deed of giving me the dress that I wanted. At the end of the day, I am a customer and it is NOT my fault, they have made me lose money because they don't know how to sort out this situation. I should be respected, I've been scammed and have been treated aappallingly.
The only thing I want the dress I rightfully ordered and paid for...
I don't care if they have "no relation with the scam site" it's only bloody obvious they don't have a relation with them but their name is SPLATTERED EVERYWHERE on the scam site and emails and packaging and that's HOUSE OF CB'S RESPONSABILITY.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I ordered a dress after I took my body measurements and carefully checked the size guide chart so the dress would fit perfectly. The size chart said the XS size had a waist of 59-65 cm and the dress was described with a 3/3 stretch factor. When I got the dress however, I couldn't even try it on with a waist of 63 cm because it was SO SMALL and it did not stretch at all. I saw other people mentioning this as well so I believe it is a reasonable claim. I reached out to customer service who just kept lying to me. I was told several times that "our dress does stretch" like I was an idiot. I asked them for a prepaid return label since the wrongful sizing is NOT the customer's responsibility but they refused to issue one. I ended up returning it on my own expense and they said they would investigate the dress, and if the sizing really isn't accurate, they would refund the price of the shipping. As you're reading this, you probably already figured out that they never reached out to me about the investigation. In addition, the refund for the dress itself was approved with a 10 business day timeframe, but 4 weeks later it still wasn't in my bank account.
Additional info: the dresses come from Hong Kong but House of CB sells them for 10x the price in a fancy paper box with pink ribbon. You can find them on the famous orange-yellow logoed Chinese retail platform.
I ordered white satin top for 105$. I was expecting good quality for this money but instead I've got damaged top with a lot of loose threads. I sent pictures to the company and they said they will cover shipping. When they got the top back they send me message " Our team informed us the product had just a few threads which were easily removed and didn't cause any damage to the item, so we can't cover your postage costs this time, sorry".

I bought an item and three weeks later, way after the expected date. I received an email saying they would not fulfill my order. I needed for a special event and they left me 2 days to find something else when I should have been contacted three weeks ago. To top it off it's near impossible to contact them, they take over a day to reply, and they barely give you any answers.
Shopping on website was fairly straightforward. The first thing I noticed is that there is hardly any variety between the styles of clothing. A lot of it is in bold colors, mostly black, white, or strong colors like red and magenta. There is also no price filter so you'll be seeing items anywhere from $50 to $250 on the same page. Also, the website stopped working at one point, I couldn't open new tabs for clothes or even click on them, so I am assuming it crashed for a while.
Looking at the clothes, they look pretty, but there is barely any variety in terms of style. A lot of these are meant to look good on hourglass figures, which I have, but not everyone wants to show more skin. The other problem with the hourglass figure "aesthetic" is that it simply excludes a lot of other body types. I found only one dress I was interested in, and unfortunately it didn't fit me. It was also not the same color as portrayed in the photos on the website.
The quality of the dress itself was pretty, but like some other reviews have pointed, it doesn't have a WOW factor that would separate it from a store like Zara.
On the whole, I think House of CB has potential, but because of its lack of inclusivity in many aspects, most shoppers will have a hard time shopping here. They also do not offer refunds for sale items, but offer store credit instead, which I find to be a little absurd considering that most of their sale items still cost $150-250 on sale, and one simply can't know ahead of time whether the clothes will fit or not. And if most of the clothes aren't to your liking, you're not likely to find another item you'd rather buy with that credit.
I love shopping on House of CB - they have a great range of very unique yet extremely fashionable pieces to choose from. I usually shop here for night out dresses or fancier dresses for an event.
The quality of the products is amazing - however it is important to note that the prices do reflect this.
The sizing has always been accurate for me - perhaps could do with some smaller sizes included.

Shipping takes around 4 days in my experience and they offer refunds for returned purchases.

Purchased an item in Black Friday sale. It developed a fault within a couple of days and had to pay to return it for them to look at. Said they would replace but as out of stock they could only offer a gift voucher. Gift voucher wont cover the now full priced item! So now no item. No refunded return postage fee and a company that don't really care! Think its off to trading standards i must go!
One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. Read the fine print on their website, if you want to make and exchange or return, they make you pay for return shipping. Their customer service is also some of the worst I've dealt with, they too a month (A MONTH) to get back to an order issue, then refused to allow an exchange.
Product quality is subpar, what you would expect from much cheaper brands; just not worth it at all.
After purchasing a gift for my daughter from house of CB I had to return the trousers as too small and asked for an exchange to larger size. When she tried them on they did not go over her hips therefore it able to wear properly. After return I received an email saying item had been worn and was dirty therefore not able to change. Despite numerous explanations they continue to tell me item worn and I continue to say did not go passed hips. Disappointed and treated like it's not relevant At a cost of £79 I feel robbed and cheated DONT BUY unless you want to lose your money. Had to rate one star as not able to rate zero however is a zero
Online the models wearing the clothing looks amazing. Bust pushed up, great looking quality until it arrives... Bra quality was rubbish size XS yet was massive, straps did NOT WORK they just slipped off. Waste of money and time. So many positive reviews on YouTube but they are sponsored and they get sent the good quality products whereas the website is just filled with primark quality. Please be careful when buying here. Customer Service was a joke - had to return my items to separate addresses as one of them got returned for some reason (waste of money since I also used tracking). Originally ordered as an early bday gift to myself in mid-July and I am only now potentially getting my returned items (they kept on being out of stock after I already asked for other items). By the time I get my package it will probably be end of November so this whole ordeal has taken four months... as well as way too much money and time spent on it. Never. Purchasing. Again.

When you buy the clothing, have in mind that if it doesn't fit only to return it will cost you more than $30 since their box weighs more than the clothing you buy!
Also they don't offer a free return which to me is ridiculous after you buy a dress that costs you $200.
I personally don't feel comfortable ordering and buying from this company, nobody want to pay extra expenses for a return or exchange of an item.
If they don't offer a free return and expect the costumers to pay their own, don't try to be all fancy and make the delivery in a box that weighs double the clothing.
Please do not buy from this company, they don't value their customers and are nothing but rude. Also DONT buy their sale items! You aren't entitled to a refund. So disappointed in this company. I've sent so many emails trying to get to the bottom of an order/return and just get a copy and paste response that does not answer my questions (had this several times - I've now sent 10 emails and not had any sort of decent answer about what's going on with my order!) for a company that sells such expensive clothing you'd expect a higher standard of customer service & appreciation but it's the total opposite. I will never ever buy from them again and will discourage my friends also.

Be careful when you return an item!
I returned a dress and even paid extra to have the package signed upon receipt, as instructed. Three days later, I looked on usps tracking and it was returned and signed for by an house of cb employee, so I tossed the receipt. Two weeks passed and I hadn't received a refund so I emailed them. They indicated they never received the return, even after I told them it was signed for. I went to the post office and begged them to pull up all the transactions from that day. I sent house of cb a copy of the proof of return and their employees signature. A week later I received a refund, no apology or anything. Had I not found the info from usps, I would've been out of over $200 and they'd be $200 richer, and have the dress back. To make matters worse, usps only keeps records for 30 days, so I'm grateful I went on the 27th day, and it was still in their system.
Please do not buy shoes from house of CB
They are cheap crap that they buy in China that the wrap all up in a fancy box to try to make them look good
Not only that when you don't want the goods the take £6.00 for the free delivery charge out of your refund
Plus it cost me £8.50 to send them back so I am almost £15 out of pocket.
