I was forced to write this review to a length of 50 characters. Why would I want to do that?
I tapped submit, then realized it booked the day after I needed my room. My fault totally, but since the room was nonrefundable, I wasn't given much help but loose my payment. I called the hotel direct and they switched the checkin to one day earlier with no problem. Hotelwiz agent was very nice and polite, but was not able to solve the problem.
I love the fact that you can just book without having to go through a lengthy sign up process. It was straight and to the point

Location had nice employees, willing to help you however they could. Allowed me to drop my trailer so I could run to phone store to get my phone straightened out. Clean and comfortable.
Easy to di booking for my room that was at last minute i got the best prices overall the other websites and enjoyed my stay for cheap. I had nowhere else to stay the night so im very grateful for this website and how quick i got booked

My hotel was changed from a baymont to a quality inn without notifying me or getting consent from me. I was very disappointed in the accommodations. They didn't even have an elevator and I had to drag my luggage up the stairs. I was refused a printed receipt upon checkout claiming that hotelwiz would email me one, which they never did. Can't turn nothing into my company for reimbursement. Will NEVER use again!
