Was not sure about hotelwiz as I've never heard about them before. The nightly rate was very competitive compared to rates on other sites so I decided to give them a try and I was pleasantly surprised. No issue when I arrived and I got a very nice room for a very good price

The Red Roof inn was a great place to stay for the time we needed to: but the shower kept backing up, coffee was gone in the lobby by 9am. Little things, but I'll definitely choose a different place next time I stay in Clarksville

Muy mala experiencia, desde junio he estado esperando la devolución de un hotel que cancelé debido a un accidente de moto, les aporté la documentación del hospital, y he tenido que mandar más de 70 emails, me han estado dando largas desde entonces para pagarme solo una pequeña parte, y no el total del hotel tal y como nos dijeron. Además hablé directamente con Iberostar Parque Central de la Habana y nos dijeron que no penalizaban y que hotelwiz nos lo debía devolver íntegro, pues no ha sido así, después de 6 meses de emails semanales, me han estado engañando que ya lo habían devuelto, y después de mucho insistir me han devuelto solo una tercera parte de lo que pagué. Son muy poco serios, una experiencia horrible, no recomiendo para nada esta empresa, cualquier otra menos está, pero no compréis ni reservéis a través de Hotelwiz.
Had to book a last minute stay and got the best deal at Virgin Hotels through Hotelwiz. I just did not know about the resort fee which was $50, it would be good to know this beforehand.
