My wife and I are flying from Michigan to Los Angeles the first week of December to visit a brother in-law for his 92nd birthday. We're staying at the Wyndham-Baymont in Monterey Park. At my age (almost 81) I prefer make such reservations by phone rather than online. Your employee Mary handled the entire thing professionally, promptly and friendly. The It's a pleasure doing business with a company that gives such good service like Mary.

Jorge assisted me with my reservation question and concern. He provided an excellent service which allowed me to book an extra day last minute. Everything was completed in less than 10 minutes and I am happy that I don't have to worry about hotel reservation for me and my pet.

You booked our family in a hotel that didn't have power for the past 2 days. We drove there to find out, there was no power and not able to check in.
We told you at booking we needed a hotel because our area lost power due to storm. You didn't tell us you didn't have power as well.
