I didn't reserve a room. However the 3rd agent was kind patient and considerate. We had a language barrier because his English was very broken.

Pedro assisted me with trying to cancel my reservation. He was kind enough to send me a link to my trip insurance so I could start the refund request process. He also said if I wasn't able to cancel to call them back.
