This is by far the worst hosting service I have ever used. It takes multiple support tickets for them to solve simple issues. Beyond that when you try to cancel your service they say it is canceled and it says on your dashboard that it is, but then you receive an email a few months later that your package will be renewed even though you never asked for it and your package is already canceled.
After that, I sent them multiple tickets asking to delete my account and remove billing information to which I never got an answer. Save yourself some time and money and choose another hosting company.
Continue to be billed after service cancellation.
I reached out to their support with multiple tickets over the last 2 months but there is no reply or my tickets are put on hold!
Conveniently, there is also no way to remove your payment/billing information on your account. If a company does not provide this function then it is a red flag.
When I use to create tickets for general support issues, they were replied to within a few hours max but when it came to cancellation, support disappears.
Poor business strategy and I will have to talk to my bank to cancel the payments manually plus ask them to put the business on a blacklist so other people do not get into this situation.
Totally unprofessional and poor business ethics.
Avoid at all costs and save yourself the headache
24/7 support with trouble-free service quality with the best market prices. Of the hostings that I have managed this is one of the easiest to manage and the costs or talk, my business is growing thanks.
