Continue to be billed after service cancellation.
I reached out to their support with multiple tickets over the last 2 months but there is no reply or my tickets are put on hold!
Conveniently, there is also no way to remove your payment/billing information on your account. If a company does not provide this function then it is a red flag.
When I use to create tickets for general support issues, they were replied to within a few hours max but when it came to cancellation, support disappears.
Poor business strategy and I will have to talk to my bank to cancel the payments manually plus ask them to put the business on a blacklist so other people do not get into this situation.
Totally unprofessional and poor business ethics.
Avoid at all costs and save yourself the headache
