Agree with previous comments! Most terrible & most unprofessional company I have even come across. Con people name Gus. No money-back-guarantee is available! It's all lies. They con you to sign in to the Hosting by saying all will be done with their help but actually help you with just taking your money. The server is crap, no space at all and they asking you immediately to pay extra. If you cancel within 3 days, you get no money back although live chat promising 90 days! Pack of lies. Stay away if you don't want to get involve Police and the Bank fraud department!

They will not give me back my money. (3 years paid) They did not give me the 3 domains they promised as they only provide one. There ticket system is worthless for getting any repairs done. My sites are almost always down or hacked. And when you chat with people they have no power to do anything. All they can do is refer you to self help. When everything is THEIR FAULT. The site goes down all the time with zero changes on our parts. And then you have to fill out Tickets where they get back to you in their own sweet time. The Tickets will say its fixed when nobody can log in to simple websites. Run from this company people. You may be avoiding the biggest nightmare of your life. Before I had Bluehost. You could call them and they would fix it fast the few problems they had in 10 years. HOSTWINDS has been a nightmare now for a year. And they do not give money back since I have been asking from the beginning!

I love Hostwinds service, they are always prompt with any issues I have and I can actually speak to someone on the phone. The uptime is excellent. They are the rock. They offer FREE for Life with Annual Registrations - this what I also like about them. High 99% uptime and very fast servers. I developed my Wordpress Website with optimum speed using the available softaculous addon in the cpanel. I also have two addon sites with the same hosting plan.

Hostwinds have been a generally excellent host. Their prices on dedicated servers are unbeatable, and their recovery tool is not only useful as such, but enables you to self-install any version of linux onto the server. All of that being said, my website has never gone down and the speeds from Hostwinds servers are very good. You get plenty of space and bandwidth and I had no problem installing various scripts to my site. There was one slight problem a year or so ago where a few of my files magically disappeared.

I've only been signed up for 10 minutes, but I really think you have a great system. Hostwinds service is much appreciated. Logged a support ticket and as always was dealt with in a very speedy and efficient manner. Great response time and resolved my query. Very Happy customer. Keep up the good work!

When signing up with such a cheap provider, I was initially concerned about reliability and customer service, but both have been excellent. I have experienced no downtime in the last 4 months, and customer service has been excellent. Throughout the process, Alex has been and continues to be patient, encouraging and understanding the role the site plays in the marketing of my new business.

I've experienced very little downtime (I noticed my site down once - for about 20 mins), and I've found their platform very easy to navigate. Because of that, I haven't had to talk to support much, but when I have, they seemed very friendly and helpful. I have never had any security problems, either.

The services that Hostwinds web hosting provider offers are really excellent and cheap. I have been with them for a little over a year now, and the service is as excellent today as it was the day I signed up. It is all redesigned CPanel functions in their own simplistic interface.

The control panel makes it very easy to navigate everything for someone who doesn't know too much about the intricate workings of web hosts and servers. Their staff is very active and responsive. Whenever I found any issues they solved quickly.

I trust this professional host and can highly recommend Hostwinds hosting solutions to others. I know I'm not good in properly describing tech issues, but they always tend to find the understand and way to solve the issue. Their server and network uptime are Great... Speed connectivity is super fast and consistent. My web site is always up, that is to consider great network uptime they provide.
