The level of support I experienced, both pre- and post-sale, was the highest quality I've had with any hosting service I've used previously. Hostwinds was very responsive both in online chat and the ticket system.

Very smooth, straight forward and streamlined server rent experience. All actions are automated and instance. Many OS options.

Decent price, decent time to get it all set up. Overall, no real complaints.

Just known from sns site, some one suggest hostwinds, so i want to try, if i like, i will buy longer time, but the price is a little more than bandwago, and has no discount for new customer like me. The network delay is about 200ms in china, this is not good expirence when i visit Youtobe, so if hostwinds optimize the network delay for customer in china, it will be more nice!

You provider ubuntu16 is so bad, when i first use apt-get install, $#*! that can't install soft and input error., and you system give client before use not test stable and no bug? I think you service is soso and not good for like ali or other cloud service provider.

Great products, service and quick responses. I'm very happy with the experience so far. The only negative aspect was that the pricing for the service listed both included and optional features, and I did not catch the difference in the language used (features included vs features offered). Besides that, the list of options available allowed me to tailor what I wanted and select my favorite OS.

I came with low expectations, giving how saturated the hosting industry is. But hostwinds has been very pleasing to use. Good support, lots of plans to choose from.

The service is good but the network is too slow for me

Hostwinds Servers are working well without any issue.
But regarding network traffic, a bit expensive for me.

I had trouble with my card, and I was charged for 4 different servers.

After I paid for my order I thought I could use my code straight away, but a verification had to be completed. I paid with a virtual bank card, so when they asked for a picture of it, I contacted support. Support was surprisingly good: they replied In under a minute and their reply was helpful. I submitted a screenshot of my bank app and a photo of my international passport. I still did not receive any follow up on the documents, though. But I am very satisfied that my money was refunded today

My English is not good, I use the translation tool, HostWinds, I still can't find the DNS resolution binding, oh, it's too difficult, what should I do? Ha ha

Horrible, with unknown hidden programs that cost a lot of money per month.
