Fast support and professional staff 24/7 with us. I use this platform about 6 years and it is my experience.
Doesn't have a call centre. Cannot talk to any executive, only via Email, Explaining over Email becomes very difficult at times, so have to shift to other provider for support. Need a help desk where we can talk over call, explain they our issued & get the solution.
