Because it was referred to me by someone I saw on youtube who said it was a good platform but I find the domain cost to be very high so I gave you 3 start you need to work on the domain cost if 1&1.com can sell domain for $1 and still make a profit you can do better on your cost and then charging $29 to restore my site when the earlier rep told me it would be restored free of cost when I called back to see why it wasn't done I was hit with the $29 cost to restore my site to an earlier time. And then charging $8 to port in a domain these are the reason I gave 3 stars

High rating - I would have preferred Yahoo small business web hosting because it was extremely user friendly and many templates made it easy for inexperienced people to create a website in no time.
