On firefox I was unable to log in to the control panel. The login page refused to recognize my email address and would not put up a password input. Is this because I am running uBlock Origin on firefox? You should not be using advertising cruft during admin login.

Many years ago, on price, but customer service is horrible and the "QuickInstall" One Click installs don't work. Very frustrated. Tried to install MOODLE and CLAROLINE multiple times, never worked.

I am trying to get my existing site migrated over for a week and never received a "we are working on your request". Contacted Support and they struggled to find my request but assured me it exists. Told me to wait 72 hours. That was 5 days ago. I still don't have a confirmation that my request exists and honestly I don't think there is a request and I don't think anyone is going to contact me back.
