Im gettin frustrated that i cannot move forward with wordpress because error codes. Everything has been an error since signing up. Cant update the email address bc an error code now was provided with a ticket number that i lost.

I'm trying to get google and Microsoft credits but there is no option. Support has been stalling me for anything i ask. "We are checking" etc. this is the only thing they have said and then the chat expires because of inactivity.

You apparently have no discernible or locatable onboarding process.
And your website will not allow me to sign into cPanel.
On top of that your support person, who makes a living telemarketing, cannot grasp the English language or understand that his Vietnamese accent makes him unintelligible.
He uses the English name James and is in Piscataway, New Jersey.
