Tech support could be a lot better. I spent nearly an hour on the phone waiting for help and it took 20 minutes waiting for a chat session on another occasion. I also have a GoDaddy account and their tech support has been excellent.

Probably 4.8 rather than 4. Had a hard time with getting old temporary name removed as main URL but finally got it. Chat and calls work well almost all the time. The people seem to know what they are doing and readily seek help when things get complex.
