I have ordered so much stuff from homeshop18. Their delivery times are unbelievable. I always received the ordered goods on time and in great condition.
This website is one of the pioneers at the dawn of online shopping in India.
I just hope that they keep up the good work and work harder and harder to achieve customer satisfaction. I have never engaged with their customer service, but I hope that they have trained professionals to handle that. It makes all the difference in the world.

No need to open this again they are Cheated people i pay more then 10.000 Rp they send me one table cloth which I Return then back spend more 200 Rp for shipping. But they never send me anything please be aware from them to buy anything. Sooo stupid Compny and There Staff. They ate online Cheaters

Full of fraud sellers. I bought Mother's Day present (Order no*******) from this site on 5th May. On 13th May my mother received a wrong parcel, a broken mosquito net. I was really upset and rang the seller Story@ home. After ringing 4-5 times from overseas the seller promised me to send the correct product on Mother's Day, 14th May.
But till date that hasn't happened yet. Every day my mum is receiving few phone calls saying that someone is coming to pick up the wrong product along with correct delivery. It's been a month now. No result of writing few letters and making phone calls. Comparing to other shopping sites this is the worst one. We had a same issue before. Please avoid this shopping site

I purchased Kissen Hand blender recently from Homeshop 18 website. The blender doesn't even start. I made a complaint to Homeshop within few hour sof delivery of the product. Yet the response I got was that they are not liable for quality of any electronic products although the irony is they ar eok to sell them. They asked to contact the manufacturer directly. I have been chasing both the manufacturer and Homeshop18 for the exchange of the product; if that is not possible a refund. Till date, I have got neither. I am surprised how can a site not own responsibility for any products they sell. Amazon is hundred times better, where the exchange / return is so smooth that customer is not inconvenienced. Homeshop 18 is a website looking only to mint money without delivering quality.

The product I received ( Smart Life Mini-Electric Tandoor) was SEVERELY damaged and had to be replaced by the company. We had to courier the product ourselves and pay for the courier from our pocket. We had to make 3 complaints about the same product. The power cable, skewers and the bedsheets were MISSING from the replacement. Again had to file a complaint, after which only the cable was received and the customer care executives refused to send the missing things or grant a refund. PATHETIC EXPERIENCE.
There are a lot of other websites offering better services and products. Please avoid this FRAUD PORTAL.
