Eugene did an excellent job with his guidance and expertise, for matching me with the right programs that are available to me through Homes.com. He not only verbally guided me through the steps and procedures to inform me of what I needed to do, to become a more successful Real Estate Agent with capturing leads through advertisements, but he also went the extra mile to guide me through a visual/hands-on ZOOM presentation using my computer, so that I could actually see it myself. Eugene opened my mind to options that had not been introduced to me, or crossed my mind, as far as generating leads. I am so excited to implement the new programs and suggestions, that Eugene very patiently and professionally recommended for me!

Leads come over with property information pertaining to their inquiry. Most leads come over with no name as a phone lead. I have received ONLY one actual lead in 6 months! I will NOT be renewing my subscription.

Have received one (count them) lead since signing up. She said she would probably use a lady in her church to list with and was going to have to sell before she could buy. Go figure.

Answer: Like any lead generation campaign, you will get the leads as described in the contracts they provide, but a lead does not mean a sale. It is up to the you to close the sale on leads that come in.
