Jason has been phenomenal to work with! He seems to be able to quickly size up your tech level and work at your speed, making sure you are able to follow along, which is perfect since most IT Techs either treat you like you like you don't know how to turn on a computer or you're a tech wiz yourself - typically no in between for the intermediate users. Jason helped us every step of the way to be sure our website design looked exactly how we wanted it for the areas we were not able to edit ourselves. He also helped us with 301 redirect from our previous websites. After having trouble with our Registrar not being able to help us point our URL, Jason WAS able to help us. These are just a few examples of why we really feel he went well beyond our expectations in getting us up and running. We are excited to see the results from our new website with Homes.com!

Client called and asked me if I perform real estate retirement investment. I respond that I did not. I have not had any further contact with the caller. I will try to reach out to him again to find out if I can be of service to him.

My user name was changed so I was not able to log into my account. After several attempts to correct the issue, my rep recommended that I call Customer Service. Customer service was able to solve the problem in a timely manor.

I signed up over a month ago and have had very little activity. The two leads that did come through, one was a scammer, and the other said she never asked for a phone call. I have not had any activity otherwise, so I am very disappointed.
