What a terrible company. I placed an Order for some Juliska dishes in October and after my Order was placed, I was notified that my order was being changed to add 3-4 more weeks for delivery. When I inquired again on 11/14/22, I was notified that my order was now being CANCELLED. Seriously? I will NEVER use this company again. I would give them no stars if I could. No customer service. No communication other than emails changing my order.
I was looking for a vista alegre doom soup tureen, it's available on a few sites but the other sites were back ordered - Home Bello was the only site that said it was in stock, so I ordered it. There was no mention of it being a special order or it was out of stock.
Today I received an email that said it was back ordered and would take 3 - 4 weeks and if I wanted to continue to respond to the email. I responded stating that I'm willing to wait 4 weeks and assume that my card will but be charged until the item is ready to ship - a reasonable statement, why would you charge my card if you don't even have the item I'm stock.
I received a response to that email stating it will take 12 weeks because it's a special order and once I agree to the timing there are no cancellations.
So we went from 4 weeks to 12 weeks to it being a special order? And nothing about not chair h my card. What kind of place is this?

This company has the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with! The representative was snarky right off the bat when I sent them a message that I did not think that what I ordered was what was delivered and they ended up making threats against me because of that misunderstanding.
They have refused to let me return the item. I will be contacting the National Better Business Bureau because of their behavior and terrible business practices!

I wrote multiple times to the company and asked to resolve missing order issue, they refused to resolve or call me for resolution even tho I asked them to and provided phone number. Had to order same item from different merchant. Not recommended to do business with.
HomeBello is such a great company. They have a lot of wonderful jewelry to select from with good prices and discounts. I really like them.
Don't waste your time. They advertise products that they don't have. Customer service reps are idiots. I asked why do you have this online for sale if you don't have it in stock? Their reply: "Get a life". Total SCAM!

Somehow my salad forks disappear one by one (most likely thrown away on a paper plate). I had a hard time finding replacements until HomeBello appeared on Google. My order was processed with an immediate reply and I should receive the forks very soon (and no shipping charge). Great service for sure!:-)

What a fabululoua experience I had with Homebello! They shipped my bowl promptly and in excellent secure packaging, three boxes with packing peanuts too it was received in pristine condition and it is an extremely fragile piece. Will certainly shop the site again!
I had a great experience with this company. Josh was quick to answer all questions with very positive results. I would encourage you to trust this sight and not listen to all this negative input.
Very satisfied customer! Was so excited to send this to my granddaughter as she had broken hers. And it was a replacement that I found with Josh at Homebello.
I like to hunt for unique charms all over the web. Homebello has a great variety. Their shipping was okay. I wish it was faster. I do know shipping has slowed down every where because of the environment after COVID so I don't blame them too much. I received great products and was very happy with my purchase. One issue was a few of the charms I purchased were out of stock but they were still listed. That was disappointing but overall... I will come back to Homebello to shop very soon.
I loved this website and give it 5 stars because I asked them to find it for me and they did and kept me updated so I knew the status. I will be looking at this website again when I am looking for future items.
Unfortunately I lost a ring that was sentimental to me because my daughter got it for me. I searched and could not come close to replacing it. I was excited to find the ring and I ordered it. The shipping was quick and I was more than happy with the quality and price of the ring. It isn't exact but I love it! I would highly recommend this company.

I've shopped for Halcyon Days products from HomeBello repeatedly and have always received gorgeous products at the best price that I've been able to find. Products arrive on time and I have been impressed with the responsiveness of their customer service.
If I could give this company 0 stars I would. This has been the worst experience ever. I should've just bought the same rings at Zales for the same price. Please please please save your time and money and purchase with a company you can trust and have no issues with. Literally just went ahead and ordered from Zales. Not worth the headaches. By the way the 20% coupon for jewelry doesn't work either. They just want to lure you in.
I made the big mistake to order 2 bracelets from this people, $261.98 dollars, and when I received that just one of the stupid bracelets I thouthg that was a bad joke, is not even gold and doesn't look like the pictures at all, probably doesn't worth $20 bucks and they charged me $106.99 for this c@2@#$# and looks like some toy for a 10 year old girl, also they werent even answering my emails asking for a return, finally after beging a lot someone answer me and they told they don't do returns, very rude, thanks at their own irresponsibility the other one wasn't delivered and at least they cancelled that one, anyway I want my money back for the one they charged me, is just garbage, stay away from this people, they don't even have a telephone number, they are the worst, I just opened a case with paypal, I'm gonna fight for my money! Ihaven't seen something like this! SCAMS!
I lost my Irish Colada ring I found 1 on Amazon no details and I returned it. I found 1 on HomeBello it is fabulous great detail brilliant shine. I give them a 10 star. Shipped fast. And I had to sign for it which is great just anyone can't get it. Love the Ring. Thank you HomeBello…

I'm going to the police, the BBB, my bank and card issuer, and to the OWNER of L'Objet, whom I just happen to have met once, when I interviewed with him for a management position in their boutique in Harrods London, where I already worked, just a couple of boutiques away, for another luxury homewares brand. I was offered the job, but had to turn it down because my husband's work was sending us from London to Berlin. Trust me: if anyone CAN take this company down, it's me -- and I intend to!
