The last time I shopped at Homebello, I bought this glittering gold salt and pepper set of 2 online at a discounted price online. I definitely want to say that this is a unique-looking item that I have been searching for a while. As a happy customer, I would refer this site to everyone who loves intriguing daily use items.
Ordered item I believe they never intended to deliver. They never shipped item never returned any request about order per their website. They don't answer their phone. Its a small work out of their house business with no customer service. Look at all the other reviews it is a pitiful so called company. Asking PayPal to investigate and suspend their ability to use them. That is the only credibility they have. Only reason I used them knowing PayPal's support.
Since I wanted some fancy and stylish plates for home, I purchased these Bordallo Pinheiro fruit plates from Homebello's online shop. The plates are almost the same as shown in the images, hence buyers won't need to worry. I think prices are good, especially after comparing them with other website offers.
I purchased a watch for my husband and no one ever emailed me back when I asked if the item was shipped.
Once the item was shipped, I received it, but the watch didn't work.
They have yet to answer my emails or return my phone calls.

I saw this brand madi k at a jewelry store in Los Angeles they make nice baby rings which is not easy to find. Im glad I found them online on this site. My order was delivered in 7 days which is not bad considering they had to resize the ring as well.
I like everything with engraving on it. From silver to gold, specially for gift giving nothing says how much you care more than a personalized tie bar, cufflink or a charm. Homebello staff do a great job with engraving and I'm very happy with quality of engraving as well. Too many pretty fonts to choose from too. I buy from them again.

I was looking for a unique gift for u husband and I found the compass bracelet on you site. It looked perfect for him so I ordered it. Because I'm a bit of a procrastinator it was kind of last minute so I paid for expedited shipping. Unfortunately the gift did not arrive on them. However when I contacted the company, a great effort was made to correct the issue as my shipping was promptly refunded. I appreciated that they took ownership of the problem and worked to make it right. Very happy with the actual product. Just a beautiful, unique piece that my husband was so touched to receive it. I like to hunt for unique charms all over the web. Homebello has a great variety. Their shipping was okay. I wish it was faster. I do know shipping has slowed down every where because of the environment after COVID so I don't blame them too much. I received great products and was very happy with my purchase. One issue was a few of the charms I purchased were out of stock but they were still listed. That was disappointing but overall... I will come back to Homebello to shop very soon.
Learn from me don't ever do business with Home Bello! These people are scammers! Their customer service is the worst I've ever experience! They only have a voice recording when you try to call regarding questions about your order and will not return your phone calls. It has been 28 days since I placed an order, I have gotten zero confirmation about what's going on with this order! When I try to text customer service I got nothing but rude and disgusting text messages back! I wouldn't even wish this on my worst enemy to have to go through this! Be smart! Only do business with people that have integrity, companies like Tiffany and Company that care and are well known for amazing customer service! I have contact PayPal and I'm disputing this order!
They were the best deal I came across online, so I went with them. They didn't have the item I ordered (10" anklet) in stock at the time, and suggested a 9" one and gave me the discount. Unfortunately it was too small, but I returned it, and they sent me the 10" at no additional cost. Most companies would just issue a refund, but they made it right.

I live in Australia and Nikki lissoni jewelry is very popular but its hard to find a store close to us, homebello shipped my order fast and I was happy with my purchase, I just wish they made shipping cost a little lower on larger orders which they said they are working on it. While I was shopping online, I discovered many websites selling cutleries. However, the prices were almost same as in a local marketplace. Glad that I found Homebello.com where I got the Italian branded Knife on a relatively low price. Shopping experience was great and I will ask others to shop here.
Ordered an item that showed as "in stock" on the website. 5 days later, I received a notice that the item was actually not in stock and was going to be back ordered for 2-3 weeks. I agreed to wait. 3 weeks came and went, so I followed up and asked them to just cancel the order. No response. I followed up again the next day and they said that they would be shipping it out with expedited shipping at no extra charge. I reminded them that I requested it be cancelled the previous day and I still expected a cancellation. I was told that my "sales associate" would get back to me. Whoever that would be, they did not. I followed up every day for three days with no response. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

I'm going to the police, the BBB, my bank and card issuer, and to the OWNER of L'Objet, whom I just happen to have met once, when I interviewed with him for a management position in their boutique in Harrods London, where I already worked, just a couple of boutiques away, for another luxury homewares brand. I was offered the job, but had to turn it down because my husband's work was sending us from London to Berlin. Trust me: if anyone CAN take this company down, it's me -- and I intend to!
