Reviews were very helpful, and the information, searches and listings were helpful. However, it did get very confusing when I would get multiple phone calls from advisors asking about jobs and if I was still looking. The site is not as easy to navigate as I remember (used Angi for my roof as well) and it was frustrating and overwhelming to get so many phone calls and have to repeat myself that yes I was still looking and waiting for calls back. You'd think they would either assign one customer representative to a person or have notes typed up so they weren't always calling and asking the same questions over and over. Felt like spam calls a lot of the time.
I like using Home advisor because they get me the best pros for the many jobs /project and at a good cost user for years thanks.

Contacted HomeAdvisor for a Ceiling repair/replacement, was called immediately and started getting referrals the same day. I called the contractor on Sunday that had the best/most reviews and he called me right back to schedule an appt -booked the job right away
Went on line looking for a company who tints residential windows. When the rep from Angi called me I had decided not to tint my windows. He asked if he could help with anything else and I told him I was possibly needing some landscaping done. He referred two companies and scheduled each of them to contact me and give me a bid. I hired one of them and they completed the landscaping that I wanted done.

Agape was recommended by Home Advisor and they were fantastic. Home Advisor supplied multiple contractors to help make the decision.

I hired a handyman to do some work set price thru Home advisor the handyman seemed a little off giving him the jobs he questioned how much I paid and he was surprised what I paid because he said he was making only one third of what I paid he said his distance and time wasn't with the trip told me I'd more people needed him I couldn't get any more work done which I need but decided not to use Home advisor again hire local

I was sent a link to someone interested in my problem and he called me right away. I was impressed because it was almost 7pm. Jason from Express Restoration Corporation came as promised the next morning and was able to fix where the roof was leaking.
Had a tree removed that was half dead. Cut down and removed tree so it would not fall on my house.
Justin, my repairman, was professional, pleasant and prompt. He was good to keep me in the loop when he was delayed at another customer's home. I will call him again if I need any appliance repairs in the future.

Golden Hammer (RAMIC MIRSAD) came to the house and gave us a very reasonable estimate for replacing our front and back porch steps.
He also inxluded taking care of a basement window for us in the estimate.
We hired him and he showed up on time and worked all day. We selected our color choice for the porches and they were back the next day to paint.
After a rain delay they came back and completed the job.
We are very pleased and can hardly believe that they are the same porches!
We are definitely going to be using their services again in the near future.

Within the hour I received a call from MARS AC repair and setup a site meeting. They were on time and accurately diagnosed the issues and completed timely repairs within the agreed price.
