Customer Service is a Joke

I bought 2 expensive toilets on this site. They provided me with 1 defective one that did not flush properly. Not only did I have to chase them up for customer service, they then sent me on a wild goose chase - of providing photos of the packaging and videos of the problem - for them to 'confer' with the product experts that suggested the pressure was poor. Then they wanted more videos from around the home, and basically took 0 responsiblity for providing a defective item. I asked them to send technicians out to investigate and fix - and that was never an option. Don't waste your time or money with this lot - they are a Chinese company and they are not going to resolve any issues you have with their products. Absolutely steer clear of them for your own sake.

I did 2 payments and bought 3 items and 2 items. With all my items I had a problem. More likely they are spam. They lied about product when I communicated through via mail. They did not want to refund me for few items. The lamp was with defect they did not want me to return they convinced me to fix it and promised me to send a part which came in 1.5 months later and it had defect also I could not assemble. I bought chair and it should be delivered within 3-5 days. It did not happen yes it already 2 weeks. I asked where is my chairs they lied to me. They told me I have to connect to FedEx but really was they created label and never sent to FedEx. They still did not refund me for the chair I applied for refund more then 1 week ago. I got one item which was not broken. It look ok but it very cheap. I would not recommend it you. Please, fine someone else to buy from. I attached One of my email with service you can see … it was the worse experience I even had in my shopping life.

Customer service

Your company don't even deserve one star. They customer service is useless. I purchased two nightstands it's more than two months and both of them were damaged. I contacted Homary customer service numerous times, I provided them with pictures after pictures they refused to do anything I finally received an email asking me to send a picture of the mailings label, who wants all this headaches when you spending your money. They have no respect and consideration for customers. Please go spend your money where you get good service and a company that appreciates you.

I'm building a new home. I ordered my first light fixture from Homary because the prices were right and selection was great. I waited three months for that to arrive. My second order has been a table lamp ordered in late June and there has been no update from Homary after all these months, and still no lamp. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company. I needed a matching light fixture to go with the first order item and placed that order at the beginning of August. I pray this one arrives. I know their products are coming from China, but it's definitely a slow boat. And no communication or guarantee you will get said item. Go thru Paypal just in case. I wouldn't order from them in the future.

After two weeks of begging, and an email alleging I will have a refund, let me explain the costs I've incurred from this business:
- $570 - for the vanity table.
- $200 - Hiring a handyman to put together the vanity table, only to find out that the product was defective - not only was the table cracked, but the parts also were wrong and impossible to assemble. I spent two weeks begging and pleading for a return label. This huge piece of furniture made an entire room of my small home completely unlivable.
- $300 for junk removal.- After calling and emailing nearly every day for two weeks, I was given an apology and was told I'll receive a refund. I live in an expensive city and was told by customer service to donate the defective vanity table "to my church" like it was a pair of shoes. This is a very heavy piece of furniture, packed poorly, in a wood pallet - how on earth am I supposed to transport this? Junk removal is $300.
- I have spent more time and money on trying to get this out of my apartment than the actual cost of the table. Homary is a scam, and I've been had. Their return policy is a lie. Also, was told for two weeks, I had to wait for the manufacturer to rectify the situation because they are the ones at fault. I didn't buy this from the manufacturer, yet the burden was completely on me to navigate this.

Total: $1,070 + probably 12 hours of my life calling, emailing, begging, unpacking, packing, and sending photos. Please do not buy from them. They will not allow you to return, even if the product is defective.

I would recommend Homary. I ordered two small nightstands. They arrived quickly and in good shape. No assembly was required. Price was good for the quality of furniture and beat competitors. My item arrived earlier than expected and was exactly as described. I absolutely love my new nightstand!

Very skeptical

They say if something looks too good to be true it probably is. I was about to drop almost $1000 on this site (similar item on other sites is almost double) so I decided to read the reviews. There were word for word 5 star reviews made a year apart, not to mention almost every 5 star review was duplicated and posted twice in a row. Only a handful were from "verified buyers" and who knows if that's even true. If a company is deceptive with their website and reviews, that's all I need to know to take my business elsewhere.

My sofa took forever to get to me, even though I was paying for a sofa that did not exist but eventually got here from China, created and in perfect condition, and I LOVE IT! I've been trying to match the look but there is nothing like it. I gave 4 star for the freaking LOOOONG time it took to get it

Fake reviews

I just purchased a coach from Homary. FYI this is not a complete scam as the product I received was very close to the picture - no outright lies in the description - but the quality isn't there. What I really feel is bad form and manipulative is the reviews are either fake or filtered. All short reviews which as we all know at this point aren't real. Unfiltered reviews look like Amazon reviews - Some may be short but you always have some good descriptive reviews in there.

Here's a key black and white fact... the coach I bought was essentially a piece of foldable foam that cost $1400. No assembly was needed. Yet one of the reviews even listed today says "easy assembly" - red flag.

I just posted an unadulterated review that was 3 stars describing the above I'll update if I see it wasn't posted.

I bought the concrete wood dining table on Homary. It took 3 months to arrive. $1200. It did not look like the photos. The top was a wood slab painted ("concrete gray") on the top side, raw light brown wood underneath which you could see when put together. Any rub or abrasion would have nicked or ruined the table.

Terrible company

Homary is horrible. Their products are of poor quality. Their customer service is terrible. They hide extra charges for returns/refunds. There are so many alternatives out there. Do not waste your time or your money with this terrible company.

Tip for consumers:
If your item is eligible for a return (and that's a huge *if*), they will charge you a "restocking" fee and subtract the return shipping from your refund total. You'll end up paying almost double for an item you do not want because of the poor quality.

Do not consider buying from this site. I purchased a bookshelf and it arrived with measurements that are bigger than listed. I contacted the company for a return and they indicated that I would have to ship it back myself (they don't provide a label) and then call back to ensure that I received a refund. The site promises "no hassle" returns but there is nothing about this that is no hassle.

Do not buy stuff from this website, you will have to pay for the shipping return cost if you are not happy with your purchase.

I have a 1 star review to Homary after purchasing the 4 piece Tatta outdoor sofa set and the cushions faded within 2 weeks. They will give you a discount but absolutely will not refund within 30 days due to quality issues. $2500 is a lot for an outdoor set. This is BS quality. Stay far away. They delete your negative reviews.

It seems most of the products are shipped by third party sellers. Ordered a floating TV stand and upon checking the package, it was way lighter than it should have been at only 10 lbs. Which was the first red flag. Upon opening it there was an old piece of wood and no signs of the TV stand. They said they will ship out a replacement item but it will take 2 months or so. After waiting more than 2 months, and when asked about the status of the replacement, I was told that I was refunded for the item so they won't be shipping the replacement. I've wasted close to 3 months waiting just to hear this at the last minute.

After searching around the web for reviews of this company, it seems that they employ a lot of bad practices and in some cases borderline scammy. They buy fake reviews, and their customer support is really slow and horrible. The products they advertise are generally not what you receive. Unless you're willing to waste time and risk not getting your product, don't give them your business.

I placed an order of a coffee table... really loved the design the website says delivery in 3-9 days. Shipping company called on 9/3 to schedule delivery on 9/7. Label on the box indicates it was imported to US back in January; So i guess they have a warehouse in US now for more popular items.

It's delivered by a freight company. It's well packed; no damage at all.

In love with this bookcase! So easy to put together myself and much higher quality than expected. The gold and wood complements our dark bedroom walls so nicely and this is exactly what I was looking for. 1010 would highly recommend!

Gorgeous table

Gorgeous table. Exactly what I wanted, large enough to fill the space and hefty (this guy is a whopping 200 lbs). Based on other reviews, I was a little concerned it wouldn't arrive in good condition, but that was not an issue at all. 10/10 would recommend.

What you see online is far from what you get!

Bought 2 reclining chairs from them in May and they were delivered end of July. After waiting months for these I was shocked as to what turned up - they were a cheap imitation of what was depicted online both in fabric and manufacture to the point that they are were not fit for purpose. I contacted Homary (the same day of delivery) and several times after that both via email and via the website return request, I sent pictures to show the poor quality of the chairs and explained that we could not use them as they were flimsy and unstable when sitting on.

The response was an email saying "Maybe due to different display settings of a computer monitor and the shooting light of the pictures, a little difference between the actual product and the pictures may be expected" and that they will refund me £16 as compensation to keep the chairs as the cost of returning is too great. Well at this point I was fuming, having spent over 5 times that for a product that is completely unusable, I have continued to contact them, again explaining my rights as a consumer and that they need to be returned however I have not had any response since and have now opened up a dispute with my credit card company. I even advised them of this, as on their website it says to please get in touch with them before raising card disputes, but again they never responded.

WARNING: The product images on the website look fantastic but beware what you see is not what you get - you would be throwing your money down the drain. Also the worst customer service I have ever encountered, to ignore customer emails and concerns is absolutely disgraceful behaviour - hoping that customers will tire and give up is not a way to run a company. They probably don't even care about online reviews either.
