I ordered a multi head shower unit and one of the pieces came broken. I spoke to customer service to get a replacement. They took 6 weeks to send replacement. They sent the WRONG ITEM! I keep calling customer service to get a full refund since they are unable to send the correct item and they keep giving me the run around. They ask for pictures, I send them and then no one can help. I need a FULL refund so I can just order a whole new unit. I am not waiting 2 more months for an item that will probably still the wrong. Their customer service department is a JOKE! They never know how to respond and just tell you you need to wait for a call from a supervisor... they never call!

I placed an order with Homary for a ceiling light, which arrived in good time and I was really happy with. I then placed another order for the same light to go into my kitchen. It was only after I placed the order that I realised there is brass in the light and my kitchen is mainly stainless steel, so it wouldn't tie in. I requested to cancel the order and was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they came back to me to offer help. They offered me alternative solutions from them, but after I exhausted all avenues I asked for a refund, which they were happy to put through.
1st order great service quality and light looks absolutely brilliant. 2nd order (made in error) sorted nice and quickly with no drama!

Do not consider buying from this site. I purchased a bookshelf and it arrived with measurements that are bigger than listed. I contacted the company for a return and they indicated that I would have to ship it back myself (they don't provide a label) and then call back to ensure that I received a refund. The site promises "no hassle" returns but there is nothing about this that is no hassle.

Homary tried offering deals for a partial refund and for me to keep a defective couch I can't use. Consulted with my lawyers and settles with Homary for an 80% refund and Homary kept 20%. Homary will scam you with high priced defective, poor quality items and refuse to send you a return label and issue a FULL refund.

Worst company ever, We are a design and build company and we are ordering many items from all kind of suppliers. They sent a product that was not working and tried to return it. Story starting now, after we found no customer service you are talking with a computer, and if you want to call them then " no available agent now" :)) )
