Their bathroom furniture collection is a true gem. I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of space-saving solutions. I chose a wall-mounted cabinet that transformed my cluttered bathroom into an organized oasis. The quality of the piece is outstanding, and I'm thrilled with the upgrade.
They do false advertisement saying you can return within 30 days after receiving the product, which is standard consumer return policy in the States. Don't believe that. You won't be able to return anything unless if it is broken when you receive it. The product doesn't look like its advertised picture at all and you won't be allowed to return it.

I bought the concrete wood dining table on Homary. It took 3 months to arrive. $1200. It did not look like the photos. The top was a wood slab painted ("concrete gray") on the top side, raw light brown wood underneath which you could see when put together. Any rub or abrasion would have nicked or ruined the table.

We purchased two (fairly expensive) night stands. This company gave us the run around. Both of the nightstands were delivered damaged. We called the company several times without any refund or offer to replace it. Do not buy from this company. They have the worst customer service. They also have several of the same complaints about damaged products. Look at the BBB ratings. They were turned in several times. I cannot believe this company is still in business. They should be shut down.

Whatever you do, do not purchase from here. I ordered a goal beige and tan rug and received a white with orange and brown design. When I called they demanded I take a picture of the box. They did not send it in a box they sent it in a wrap. They demanded I take a picture of the wrap I did that. Then they demanded that I show home already on the label, I did that then they said that it must've been my computer monitor that showed the wrong colors therefore I'm out of luck. This is a scam do not go there terrible

They've finally sent prepaid label to return incorrect item after I threatened to donate their incorrect item to Goodwill as my house is not a storage to hold their item. So I returned their incorrect item which cost my time to taped & took to post office. Then I received the correct item on 3/7 but I feel they should at least give some discount for the inconvenience that I have to deal with their mistake of sending wrong item to me.

Absolutely disgraceful customer service, I have been struggling with customer servic for a month asked to refund me or send products again but they didn't do anything. Instead they withheld processing the second separate order even though the products are available in the warehouse. I explained i need the products as soon as possible, asked for sending missing products promptly again or refund, they promised to do so but nothing happened. They kept sending the same replies with no results. Absolutely annoying. So far i spent almost one thousand pounds,waiting a month for missing items, raised it multiple times got no refund, out of 4 products ordered got one with a massive delay,received no "guaranteed" late delivery compensation and needless no say no refund or delivery for 3 outstanding.

I had a terrible experience with this site.I had purchased 2 items and was utterly dissatisfied with both.
They look good in the pictures on the website, but in. In reality they are utterly cheap looking.
One of the items was even defective, where the surface was a bit ragged. They didn't even issue me a paid-for return label for this defective item.
For the other item it looked very shoddy. And when I tried to return it, at my own cost the carrier was costing me a lot, almost equal to the price of the item itself. Because of the sheer volume and weight of the package,... I HAD TO FORCEFULLY keep it.
A Really Bad experience. DO not buy from here, unless you are willing to take a chance with your money.
