We assembled the coffee table today prior to Christmas although we received it few weeks ago - since hubby was out town. All good but when we assembled the drawer we found the door of it is chipped.
I was wondering why the door is so fragile while other parts are all good. Though my hubby also found some holes for screw are not perfectly fit.
The customer service was good when we reported the chipping parts. Fast response, fast action - Morgan offered me two options. 1. Send a replacement for the defective parts which take 4-6 weeks (far too long for me, I was expecting something new for Christmas and NY) 2. Refund 20% which takes 2-7 days. ( I was hesitating as I wanted a prefect table)
The table was not prefect (indeed the mechanics is good, the chips make it imperfect but does not affect the table function) but the customer service was good - the best experience I had so far for online shopping in UK.
