I placed an order with Homary for a ceiling light, which arrived in good time and I was really happy with. I then placed another order for the same light to go into my kitchen. It was only after I placed the order that I realised there is brass in the light and my kitchen is mainly stainless steel, so it wouldn't tie in. I requested to cancel the order and was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they came back to me to offer help. They offered me alternative solutions from them, but after I exhausted all avenues I asked for a refund, which they were happy to put through.
1st order great service quality and light looks absolutely brilliant. 2nd order (made in error) sorted nice and quickly with no drama!

I've ordered a dining table, chairs, glass front cabinet and bureau from Homary and all have been beautiful high quality products. Much better quality than fast furniture brands like ikea! Sadly even my West Elm bureau is vineer on particle board. Everything Ive ordered from Homary has been made with real wood (where applicable) and my guests compliment how study and comfortable are my padded steel dining chairs. Homary also offers great discounts and exceptional service (including from my rep, Freddo). Thanks, Freddo for the discounts!.

I received my order today and when I was putting it together, I found there was missing pieces in the package. I saw all the negative reviews on this site and was surprised to see all the negative reviews. I purchased a complete shower system, body sprays, extra large rain shower head and controls. The control went bad. After explaining the issue, they sent me new parts. I was very happy. I then bought a coffee table from them. It arrived well packed and in excellent condition. We just placed an outdoor furniture order that has not arrived yet (which is what made me check reviews again).
I know how frustrating receiving damaged items can be. We are also in the Amazon age where returns are relatively simple. I don't think that is their model and consumers should be aware of that before placing orders.
In my experience, everything has gone well and I continue to look at their website when I online show. Hope this review helps.
