I had an issue while ordering a coupon somehow didn't apply. Queenie helped me an very efficiently filed a refund request. Also immediately helped me in getting my shipment delayed. I need this as I was not ready to receive the shipment yet.

Unfortunately, a toilet came defective and I have had to go through a return process and request my money back, I am not happy with that, but I know that these are things that can happen, however Jenny was very attentive and quick to assist me, understand me and open a case for me, that makes me happy with Homary.
