Muy descontento con el servicio de HolidayCars. Reserve un coche con seguro de cancelación, al cancelar el coche por cambios en mi viaje no me devolvieron el dinero sino que me dieron créditos para coger otro coche cuando en sus condiciones generales ponía que devolverían el importe.
Finalmente decidí gastar el crédito cogiendo un coche con seguro a "todo riesgo", y cuando llegó a la compañía Enterprise a recogerlo me hacen pagar un extra de 163€ por un seguro a todo riesgo ya que el de holidayCars, según ellos, era una franquicia de 1200€.
Cuando intente llamar por teléfono para que me aclararan todo esto no tienen servicio de atención al cliente.
No sé os ocurra usar esta web.

I'm very unhappy with the service I've recieved fron HolidayCars. When I made the reservación I país extra for cancellation insurance. However, when I needed to cancel the reservation HolidayCars sent me credit to spend on their website instead of returning the money as orginally stated in the website's terms and conditons.
When I tried to call the customer helpline there was a recorded message saying the lines were closed due to Covid19.
I decided to reserve the car again as I knew I was unlikely to spend the credit and would otherwise lose the money. I reserved the car with the most extensive accident cover offered on HolidayCars. When I sent to the car gire company, Enterprise to pick yo the car they asked me to pay a further €163 because the insurance I paid for through HolidyCars did not give me full cover.
I Will never use HolidayCars again and would warn others against using this company too.
I booked a car with this company. At the Hertz Checkin in Rome, I was told that my Credit Card was not accepted, so they could not give me the car (Polestar) that i have booked. Buuuuut... If I was going to take the Fiat 500L and paying more, almost 50 euros more per day...they would accept my card. Hilarious. HolidayCars was not picking the phone on sunday...the all day I have been left without any support from holidaycars and they didn't reacr at all.
After my complaint, they told me that I do not have right for the refund. Even If I have used the same credit card, during the all process, payed with the same credit card, and showed at the desk, that I have mpre then enough on my account, they did't even wanted to try. They just wanted to give be the worster car for more money.
Do not consider Holiday cars as a car rental. The service is horrible and you are left alone against any incovinience with agency.
Additionaly...The polestar was rented with 50% discount...but at the airport they didnt have any. Maybe that's why they wanted to give me the Fiat 500L.

Reserved a car through Holidaycars. Com two years in advance of my Florida trip. It should have been a meet & greet, but was changed to a shuttle bus pick-up a week before the trip. We were given location details of where to get the shuttle bus and arrived there after we picked up our baggage. We waited for over an hour, but no shuttle bus from United Car Rentals turned up, does this rental company even exist? Had to get an expensive taxi to the villa as it was late at night. Went back to the airport the next day, the shuttle bus for United Car rentals was still a no show after another hours wait. Eventually had to book another rental at three times the price. Attempted to contact Holiday Car to get something sorted, but no reply by email or calling customer support. Thank you for wasting two days of our holiday and causing great stress and frustration. Do not book your rental car through this company, a total scam and no help whatsoever.

Answer: I had to cancel my reservation for my rental contacted the rental company but cannot get through on any of the numbers that I am finding associated with holiday rentals I purchased cancellation coverage just in case flight may have been canceled due to weather but now had to cancel vacation due to illness what is a good contact number reservation is for 12/24/19
