I have 2 weeks before my booking and I need to cancel. I did not take out cancellation insurance. Do I contact HolidayCars or Thrifty?

I had to cancel my reservation for my rental contacted the rental company but cannot get through on any of the numbers that I am finding associated with holiday rentals I purchased cancellation coverage just in case flight may have been canceled due to weather but now had to cancel vacation due to illness what is a good contact number reservation is for 12/24/19

Hi! When you do have a reservation with us, Holidaycars.com, you may cancel the reservation until 48 hours prior to requested moment of pick up, free of charge! We need to be informed about this, so we can further arrange the free cancellation with the local supplier. With kind regards, Joëlle
