I adore Historical Emporium! This site is the best clothing site I've ever come across. I want to stress, I am not shopping here for costumes! This is quality apparel and I wear my purchases from Historical Emporium as part of my daily dress. I have always had a Victorian fashion sense and for years had to piece together waistcoats and sports coats that had a vintage feel to them. Finally, I have a place I can shop that carries the exact fashion I am looking for--no more piecing together whatever I can happen to find from the boring, retail men's fashion scene that pushes a drab, uniform look onto the modern male. All is well with this order...two orders really. I ordered a 40" holster being careful to follow your measuring instructions, but the belt was too big and barely stayed up in the tightest notch. I simply ordered another at 38" and returned the first order once it was received. The second try fit great, and the quality seems to be outstanding. Thank you.
Great quality and got it pretty quickly. The color material is just as shown and very thick material. I had worried it might be less quality because it's considered costume but I was so pleased. My fiance will be wearing it when we take the plunge!

I wish the pockets on the women's vest would actually function. For at least a pocket watch. It otherwise fits and looks nice. The lack of pockets was disappointing as I will need to find a tailor to fix.
