My order for a purple vest came and the vest was beautiful but too small. I contacted customer service and was told to return the vest. In order to have another vest for the holidays I ordered a larger one while on the phone with the agent (I don't remember her name). I related to her I used the sizing chart to order the XL size because my waist is 45 and according to your chart the XL should have fit me but it didn't. The agent told me she would recommend that Historical Emporium (HE) take a look at your sizing chart for the discrepancy. She also told me my return shipping costs would be reimbursed along with the purchase price. The shipping to HE was $12 and change but was not reimbursed. If I had ordered the wrong size not using your sizing chart I would not expect a shipping reimbursement but I followed your sizing information and the vest was too small. Therefore I feel I deserve the reimbursed shipping charge for the return of the wrong size vest.

I have bought other items from Historical Emporium for my son, & was very pleased with the clothing that I had bought for him. I have since purchased a antiqued copper-toned pocket watch with a chain, & had absolutely no issues with timing, etc. Came in perfect time for Christmas, & the watch was absolutely beautiful, and well made!

I am very happy with my experience. I only contacted customer service because I was worried the fires would delay shipping as I hadn't seen a shipping email. I was reassured and given my tracking code. My package arrived in plenty of time and the shirt is just what I wanted.
Customer Service here is always great. I have had various issues with some of the products but have always been treated well and will continue to return whenever I need these types of items.

I returned again to Historical Emporium this late Fall to boost my wardrobe for $#*!ens Fair. We attended the closing weekend, but life caused me to have to delay my order until much later than I intended. Once confirmation of the order was received, I fretted as to whether or not it would arrive with enough time to get the trousers hemmed. No problem! Two days later, the order appeared at my door. I had plenty of time to get the proper alterations and had it with a full day to spare! The Emporium does it again! All you folks are the absolute best! I wish you all the very Merriest of Christmases, and the Happiest of New Years! I shall return again soon!
