For the most part, my vinegar is with the security thing you have with billing new customers a surcharge for confirmation's sake. This unexpected delay kept me waiting an extra couple off days when I already needed the item yesterday. The price was great for the make and delivery wasn't bad (except for the delay).

I have shopped at many stores whether in person, on-line or by phone over the years and I can honestly say that my shopping experience with Historical Emporium was one of the best experiences I've had. I had initially e-mailed them to inquire about an item, I received a quick response stating that the item was in stock. I called and spoke to Meghann who was so very helpful. She answered all my questions and even checked again to confirm that the item was in stock. I placed the order on a Monday and the item was in my house on Wednesday. Great service! I definitely recommend Historical Emporium.
Fast delivery. Product was exactly what I was looking for. Not overly priced. The only thing that bugged me was that it was made in Pakistan but I suppose that was why the price was as low as it was. I OPENED THE PACKAGE AND WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED. ALL OF THE METAL PARTS WERE RUSTY AND OR CORRODED. I CALLED THE CUSTOMER NUMBER AND AGAIN WAS VERY HAPPY. THE PERSON I TALKED WITH WAS VERY NICE AND THE ISSUE WAS TAKEN CARE OF ON THE SPOT. I WAS TOLD THAT THEY WOULD SEND A NEW RIG FIRST THING THE NEXT DAY. THEY SENT ME A PAID RETURN ADDRESS LABEL TO SEND MY RIG BACK. I RETURNED THE RIG THAT DAY. THREE DAYS LATER I RECEIVED THE NEW BRIGHT AND SHINNY NEW RIG. NO RUST AND NO CORROSION. I HAVE NEVER HAD BETTER OR FASTER SERVICE FROM ANY COMPANY.
