My 1st purchase was extremely easy, great price and I will definitely buy from them again.
One of the items in my order was mangled within the shipping envelope upon arrival, and after opening the item, I discovered the printing on the waistband was fading. I requested to return the item, but was told I would need to pay the shipping even though the item arrived in unsatisfactory condition. When I submitted a complaint, customer service requested a photo. I sent a clear photo of the faded printing on the waistband, but since the item had been opened, I could not send a photo of the mangled condition in which it arrived. After receiving no response in nearly a week after sending the photo, customer service requested several additional photos in better light, although the original photo was clear and taken in bright lighting.
I felt customer service was giving me the runaround by their slow responses and repeated requests for unnecessary additional photos. It felt like their goal was to wear me down so that I would simply give up and drop the complaint.
I've purchased from HisRoom in the past. They offer a great selection of men\s underwear. Happy with my experience and the products are as shown. I am very happy that they also delivery to Canada.

Before ordering, I thought that hisroom.com had a warehouse in Europe or something similar, but what happened was that a simple delivery has turned into an almost a month long affair, as I'm yet to recieve my package, although I believe it should be here in the next couple days.
I tried several times to purchase items on the website and among a couple of other things I was unable to reach a screen to actually make the purchase. Too much time spent with no results. The website needs a good IT tech to revamp the site to make it more user friendly.
I bought several items online and charged my credit card. The charge showed up on my computer (charges over a dollar always show up) and the next day a second charge for the same amount showed up and then another charge for a reduced amount showed up. While I don't recall the chronology, I believe I called His Room or sent a message and the response was someone would get back to me. I also went to the website for my credit card and there I discovered that the second charge for the order was negated with the reduced charge now in its place. Later I received a notification that one item was back ordered and would be charged when it was shipped. This should not have happened to the extent that His Room should have been aware that one of the ordered items was OOS and charged appropriately.
I ordered then got part of my money back but then it said the order was still coming but in separate deliveries. So far I have gotten 1 item. I'm confused

Shorts are to small. I have one pair from another supplier exactly the same size same brand an fit perfectly. The two pair I bought are miss sized? Not happy need next size up or they are just miss fits.

The color of the briefs I usually order is no longer available, and when I ordered another color for the same pair, the cut was different in the rear.

Company sent XXL items in an XL box, then asked for proof (pictures) which were sent. Told me a refund was processed but still have not received and refuse to supply proof of the refund amount. Obviously a complete lack of quality control on the shipped items. It appears items were put in a box and tapped up.

My overall experience was good. Part of my order was the wrong size, but His Room covered the shipping and gave me a refund.
Purchased 5 pair of Zimerli briefs ( total around $450). Received 4 pair. They never sent 5th pair and never refunded my money
