Not only do I work for a large auction house, but this was my first time using this platform. I use many auction houses. I have never been charged without an invoice presented to me. I have yet to receive a invoice but I have been charged. Can someone please supply me with an invoice?

Bidding was fun and Pick up was very easy. However I attempted to contact the local ATX regarding one of the items. But I was unable to reach them by email. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
I use HiBid all the tie to search online auctions within 50 miles of home. It makes it so much easier to scan several auctioneers' for bargains and treasure without having to go to each auctioneer's site I like knowing within minutes of an auction ending if I've won items or not. And I can do all of this from the comfort of home, although I'm sure it will work on one of those "magic phones" if you have one. I prefer my 'puter with its larger screen.

Purchased 2 items without issue. Attempted to participate in a lot today and bids weren't accepted. Only notice was that my bids were "pending approval by the auctioneer" even though I had an email confirming registration (for reference the item was a set of Kia Sportage EX car mats). Approval was never received nor a reason provided.

I was first bidder on lot 781, less than 2 minutes till closing and before the time was updated the lot disappeared and I don't know if I won the lot or another bidder bid. Four hours later I still don't know the outcome!

The only very occasional problem comes from the few individual auction companies that aggressively overcharge for packing, transporting and/shipping.
