I was one of the winning bidders on a firearm auction. I paid immediately for the item and sent all appropriate paperwork and FFL for the auctioneer to ship the firearm. They confirmed they received payment and FFL to ship. I reached out a few days later to get tracking from them. Said they had received all the information and it was ready to go but the sellers were behind and sorry for the inconvenience. That made me start thinking so I looked back through the emails with them and the 2nd to last said the the item would ship in 8 weeks! Well that didn't sit well with me as they have my payment and I won't receive my item for more than 2 months! What the hell. I then went back through all the auction notes, details, payments and everything that was posted in the aucrion. Not once did it say the item would be shipped 8 weeks from end of auction. I reached out to Hibid and have heard nothing! This is really pretty crappy of a business both the Auctioneer bismanbids and Hibid. I will not be bidding here ever again. Proxibid.com is always upfront and on time shipping without delay and especially NOT 8 weeks from win. Hibid check your email and please respond to my questions and concerns!

I won stuff but they never contacted anyone, 3 weeks later they said I won asked where I could pickup and then they never responded, they said Hibid was to blame for everything?

Well I forgot the sale started so I missed out in an item I really wanted! Then there were WAY too many items in this auction the items I wanted by the time it finally got to them I fell asleep twice waiting so I missed out on several items I wanted. If I were to bid again I would want an auction with fewer items so the auction doesn't take up 4/5 hours of my time waiting. I say 150 tops per auction.

Absolutely unprofessional, I would not recommend for any new comers. My husband is a digital artist new to NFTs and was trying to make a name for himself, so he sent some of his art to a curator at heritage. The person who responded offered him a spot in their October auction being held in Beverly Hills this year. So we reserved a hotel room, a rental car, and planned for the event. But the rep from Heritage never got back to my husband with any other information on how to proceed. The auction was held and still nobody ever returned our emails, even though my husband was asked to send samples of his art. We email our concerns multiple times but were only passed around to different people claiming to look into the issue. Needless to say, we lost our on the money we spent reserving the hotel room and rental car, and Heritage never even sent us an apology for their apparent mistake. Don't waste your time or effort with this unreliable company, they are condescending and unprofessional.

Hi bid is great to find items I am looking for. Easy to use and bid. The only thing I don't like is at closing the items move up the page as you touch to bid and I bid on the wrong item. It was my fault but it rolled as I touched to bid.

L won some lots. They took the money on my credit card. Now seems like I cant have my order because if the iD card. I told to cancel the order ans give credit, but now they wont answer m'y mails. So I still dont know the status of my order

I had the winning bid. In the last minute the timer kept resetting until eventually the price almost tripled and I bowed out.

I like to bid on what interest me early when you didn't have to bid much. Then do my research so I know what I need to stop at. Sometimes I even find I wish I hadn't bid. Thats good then go back often and see if someone has you out bid (gives you a little relief) and keeps it fun. They are very educational.

I wish you would put in an area to keep all our invoices. It would be nice to be able to see them in a spot and not have to dig through our emails trying to find it.

They never put the winning bids up online, and it's funny that the bid was low then they claimed that my max bid was the winning bid. Could be a coincidence but I don't believe in them. I won't bid on their auctions again

It the app turn around and locked me out twice and I had to reenter and find the auction again also there was a local auction tonight and whenever I pulled up Iowa it did not show that auction I had to go digging for it

Answer: Licensed auctioneer here- auction law is that if you give notice that you need to retract your bid before the hammer falls (or the auction ends online) that the auctioneer is required to retract the bid. Actual law also dictates that bidding must start over at opening bid, not the next highest bid.
Answer: Very easy. If you dont get someone immediately they do call back. But once again if you have a problem with items contact the auction house not hibid. Hibid doesn't auction they only provide the platform
