It the app turn around and locked me out twice and I had to reenter and find the auction again also there was a local auction tonight and whenever I pulled up Iowa it did not show that auction I had to go digging for it

I did not care for viewing of the pictures for lots. I think there was some sort of issue there. Overall didn't like not using the app. Maybe it's just cause I was new and need to figure things out. Would have liked some notice the app was going away. Went to bid on my items and couldn't do so through the app. Was on it the day before with no issue. Maybe next time give a little notice before dismantling the app. I would like to see a new Hibid app made instead of having to use an internet browser.

I found the website itself difficult to navigate. The Auctioneers home pages need to be clearly labeled so it is easier to decipher between the home page and the auction pages. The bids also do not update in real time.

While I like to use this format, sometimes the pictures of the item are not enough to be sure of what I may be buying. Therefore, I only buy from those who are locally accessible to me. Additionally, if an item is listed as "untested" I can only assume it doesn't work.

They don't have a specific place to just leave a review for Bismanbids auction so I'll just leave one here. Buyers be aware bismanbids autions fraud or rigged. Phone number does not work, they do not respond to email request either. All their auctions are set up they rob you with fees and if you ever try to cancel something you accidently bid on you can forget it. They are very quick about taking your money but good luck getting it back. There are much better and reputable auctions out there. Save yourself and buy from a different company. I honestly shocked that hibid still allows them to sell on their platform. Check them out on google before you buy anything. I wish I did, I would have never bid on any of their items. Waist of time and auctions are all set up.

Site reloads too often while I'm trying to bid. I've lost purchases because of that function. Also there isn't a way to mark an item as 'watch' to know what I might want to bid on. I have a hard time getting 2nd & 3rd pictures to load for specific items. Otherwise, once you figure out how to navigate the site, it's not too bad.

I recently bid on an auction that was receiving bids on two separate sites. This created problems with me being able to watch what was being bid since I had placed high bids on Proxibid only to find that HiBid was a better site for seeing the final bids on a timely fashion.

Almost impossible to get signed in. Kept getting notice card not accepted so tried another. All got rejected (supposedly). However, when I went back, I found that I had opened several accounts as all cards had been accepted...

I was bidding on a piece that I really wanted. It was the reason I was in this auction. All of a sudden the site wouldn't recognize my bid. I went out of the site and back in twice to no avail. The third time, by the time I got back in, it was too late. Bidding had closed.

Answer: Licensed auctioneer here- auction law is that if you give notice that you need to retract your bid before the hammer falls (or the auction ends online) that the auctioneer is required to retract the bid. Actual law also dictates that bidding must start over at opening bid, not the next highest bid.
