Shipment was faster than some other sites. The shirt I ordered was too small. Customer service refunded my money since a larger size was no longer available. They were quick to help & gave me several options that I could choose that best fit my needs.

Personally it's difficult for me to go shopping and find items that fit my body type and style but this site has everything to my liking. I love their fashion sense and great low prices but please do check the size chart before ordering!

This is our second purchase in 6 months. This time to give a special gift to my sister. We love the dress and it arrived much earlier than expected. We will definitely be back for more special occasions!

It's likely that your purchase to take a two weeks approximadly, and you know what, that's why it cost you so little. Be patient. Finally, I'm giving 2 star less this time because the stitching on the dress was sloppy. Nothing that I can't fix. Still happy because I like the fabric.

I received all of my items. One of the earrings that I bought was broken during delivery and when I told them about it, they gave me a full refund. The items I got were beautiful and better looking quality than some of the other popular stores I've shopped at.

I ordered 5 items and paid $9.99 for express shipping. I received my order 7 days later. My only complaint was that the sizes are little small. Gave it to my daugher who is a s/m and it fit her perfectly!

I ordered a shirt and slacks using their sizing chart. The company sends from China and took "weeks" to come. The top was not hemmed and frayed and the slacks were too small. Tried to return them but was advised it would be expensive for me to return and could take a long time. They offered me 15% to hire someone to alter the clothing. On a $50 purchase that is $7.50. Stay away from "he simple.com"!

Trousers "striped linen" ha- kiss my $#*!! It's polyester and they are not striped in any way. Polka dot shirt was like a paper cloth. No cotton in sight just poor quality polyester. Don't buy from this site!

Clothing poor fit, advertised as cotton but in fact cotton/polyester. Sent in endless loop when I tried to return. Reported them to my credit card company, which issued refund and will deal with them. Don't patronize this shady business!

First they took my money, then they said out of stock. $70 no refund sent after 4 emails from me. Items that were sent supposed to be linen blend are really polyester corduroy. I did not want corduroy... LINEN! 5 items ordered, 2 received [corduroy] Terrible!
