Merchandise fine, but it took OVER 2 MONTHS to receive. I chose a backorered itm, HerRoom waited nearly 2 months until it was supposed to come in. I changed mo orer to in-stick merchanise, still too over a week, closer to 2 to get to me. Other retailers send backorders separately, YOU DO NOT.
I think it would have been more upfront and honest if you indicated in readable print when you indicated that there was a discount code that it did not apply to sale items.
I was disappointed to find that after the first washing of my 100% cotton PJ's, they shrank considerably more than the standard 10%. When I received them new, the PJ pants reached my ankles (i am 5'7"), and the sleeves reached my wrist. After the first washing the PJ pants were at least 4" above my ankles, and the sleeves 4" above my wrists... very disappointing.
Her Room does not have my size bra, no matter which brand I try. The ones I finally kept are not supporting but comfortable for wearing in doors. Otherwise, they are okay to deal with.
