I did finally receive my order but I would suggest communicating a status in intervals so one knows what's going on. I checked back on my own but the status should have been "pushed" so I could be kept apprised.

Given that we sell intimate apparel, it's important that our inventory remains pristine. We therefore do have a very thoughtful inspection process to insure returns meet this standard.
