I found somethings I liked but do not order that often
I returned the bra and asked for credit to my credit card and it went through.
I ordered the same item in several colors. I received notification that one color was back ordered. The items that were in stock and available were not immediately shipped and I can understand that as a way of keeping shipping costs. What bothers me is that the items that were in stock were not set aside to wait for the back ordered item. The retail companies I have worked for all did this in order to ensure they were not out of stock on another one when the back ordered item came in. When the back ordered item came in for my order, one of the other colors had been discontinued and was out of stock. So, I can never get the item in that color even though it was in stock when I placed the order. This is very disappointing and I consider it to be an error in customer service. I am not happy about it at all.

Answer: Hello Sally - if you just want a smaller band size while keeping your same cup volume, move from a 36H(D5) to a 34I(D6). The problem, however, is that this bra does not have a larger cup size in this style. I therefore would not suggest this bra for you.
