I ordered 2 bras size 36G. The beige/nude bra came on time and with the correct size. BUT: The 2nd, a black bra was back ordered. Which made no difference to me. I was happy to wait for a black bra that fit :) It came in and the tag hanging on the bra strap said 36G but the tag sewn into the bra says 36DDDD. (This is not the case with the beige/nude bra both tags said 36G.) The beige/nude bra fits perfect. The black does not but I didn't want to have to return it so I kept it. I am so use to not having properly fitting bras I am putting up with it. I am 60 years old and have tried on a gazillion bras, 36 DDDD is a different size than 36 G. Thanks for asking.
Experience was fine. No issues. Product was very good quality.
The item I received would have been fine, but it was not adequately protected for mailing. It had delicate wires and molding, and was sent in a flimsy plastic sleeve with no protection. After the rough and tumble of delivery the molding was crushed, folded and permanently damaged and I had to return the item.
The bras are beautiful, support well, and I didn't have to go to a store to try on bras! A win win all around.
I ordered underware and apparently the colors that may of not been in stock were replaced with other colors I dont care for. But oh well….

For years I've needed comfortable bras because I had breast cancer in 2002 and had a partial mastectomy. The bras I've found at Her Room have not only fit well but have done a good job of evening up the two sides so that almost no distinction can be made between their sizes. It has saved me a lot of adjusting with uncomfortable foam inserts, and the bra I selected is a no-wire type (which was recommended because of sensitive skin after the breast surgery).
I waited months for my order, I had ordered three bras, not realizing that one or more were not in stock. I finally got tired of waiting for all three to get in stock at the same time and had the two that were in stock shipped. I won't be ordering from your company again, not worth the frustration.

Happy to find shoulder padded cami. But upon receipt, cami pads are inadequate for padding.
After waiting 6 weeks to get my order, I am disappointed in the quality of the material, I wore it a couple of times and then washed it, gentle cycle in cold water and woolite, and hung to dry. Afte jus one wash the straps are fraying because the material does not have a finished edge, I don't expect to get a few years wear out of this.

I will add, however, that due to many factors, according to the manufacturer, the shipping of my items took a very long time. Not the entire order, but several items. I just waited it out because these were the items of choice for me.

I ordered four pairs of stockings, one of which was back ordered. I paid for express shipping to have the remaining three delivered within two days, however none of the stockings arrived in time. The stockings arrived much later, and I requested to be refunded for expedited shipping, since none of the stockings arrived in two days. I was not refunded, and I'm very unsatisfied with this business.

I ordered Lysse pants. XL. Denim. Golden green. I must have 10 other Lyssee pants. Same size. Denim. Blue. White. Grey. Black. White. They are all great. These pants though were only worn one time and the fabric began to peel and not appear at all like good strong denim. I do not know what they are made of but I am very disappointed.
