I ordered an item for my wife's birthday and paid extra for express delivery to make sure it arrived on time. A week after it should have arrived I emailed herroom explaining the item had still not arrived and the UPS tracking still showed only "label created" and no indication of delivery date. I received an automated response and a week later still no follow up or contact from herroom. Not impressed and starting to think this is a scam site.
This was my second time ordering from the website and everything went swimmingly.

Difficulty signing in due to quirky error messages -- finally gave up and came back later to place my order.
I love their clothes so much! Everything is so cute and super affordable! Quality is decent. I find that sizes run a little small so make sure you know your measurements before purchasing, but other than thst I'm happy with all my purchases. Delivery is quick and customer service is friendly.

The size I ordered was not the size I received. Sent for an exchange. They said they could not do the exchange because the order was damaged due of stong perfume smell. I ordered two bras. For the low low price of $10 they would send the too big bras back to me or donate them to charity. What can I do with a bra that is 4 sizes to big? These people are thieves. It is my prayer they every person on that payroll will receive the same service they provided multiplied back to them everyday in every area of their life!
This is stealing. They are no better than the fact vendors on Facebook who pretend to sell produ s for a reduced price but they don't have the product to ship to you. The only difference is they are located her in Dallas not in China somewhere. Stay far away from this company. Notice they do not have a BBB listing. If they did, it would be a failing score! Theives and robbers is what they are. Horrible customer service. The Rep. Says we have a very strict return policy. They should have a strict customer satisfaction policy and a strict we want to ensure you have the correct product policy. Easy PayPal purchase very good. Took a little longer than expected for delivery
Sizes were not true to size. I wear a 48B; which when received and tried on were to big in the cup. My sister wears a 46B, the same was true to her (cup to big). I then exchanged for a different size. I changed to a 48A; and my sister to a 46A. This time the bands were to small (could not fasten the band): and the cups were to small also. So, my sister tried the 48A on; and it fit. The 46A, I sold on marketplace. Not satisfied at all with the sizing.
Hello Linda - Unfortunately, there are very few bras in your sizes and in your band size, vendors assume there is significant breast tissue to filll the cups.

Shopping was easy. Returns are difficult. I have had difficulty with the site getting my returns done. So far, no luck with most of the items.
There were many delivery delays, but HerRoom kept me posted along the way which I appreciated. The nightgown is lovely! My only disappointment is the strong chemical smell the fabric held.
