They sell damaged products and then YOU flag it for them and get charged to return the item ($7) and THEN you get charged for the item AND another $10 to have it returned to you or you can "donate" it to them and then they presumable resell it to other rubes shopping at herroom.com. Seems the sketchiest business model, downright criminal, and I have had this experience three times.

As a courtesy, we shipped you a replacement order. But, tracking shows it arrived 5 days after shipment. I know in these times that supply chain is an issue but it took two months to get my order and I didn't hear a peep out of Herroom until I asked. I had to wear the bra to determine that it would t work and now I can't return it.
Return policy is terrible! I sent back 2 different times on the same order with help even from your online assistance. Not a happy shopper. Very doubtful I buy from you again! Celine Walsh

Items shipped very, very late. So late that the child the bra was purchased for grew and it did not fit. Item was marked unreturnable. I tried to cancel the items ordered, but customer service was extremely unhelpful. Please remove me from any and all future emails.

This has to be the best bra I have ever gotten and I'm A 52G so I have to buy my bras online and it fits perfectly, it keeps them up, it doesn't dig into my skin and this one doesn't have clips because the other bras I bought had clips in the front and sometimes you have to take a chance because some bras, the clips never stay on, like one of the bras I bought but then the other bra, I bought the clips stayed on throughout the day so I rather, not take chances and just buy my bra clip free like this one but I definitely recommend this bra and there are so many different colors you can get and I got pink, I just love it.
