I ordered twice; you did not have either item ready to ship. You kept delaying the shipping dates. I finally cancelled one order. Then I went to check on the other order which showed item was delivered but it was not. You did not follow up properly so I called my credit card then you sent an email that the product could ship. Great experience in getting my Maidenform microfiber boyshort panties. Easy to select color, size and get into cart. Easy to go through paying process as a return customer.
You can order a size and try it and send it back and get the correct size. One of the bras I have had for a year and it is still in good shape.

I ordered a swimsuit and though USPS provided tracking showing it delivered to my mailbox, not on my porch, I never received it. When I spoke with a HerRoom customer representative about the issue, I was told that I could be fraudulently attempting to get a free suit. After protesting her insult to my integrity, she told me that I shouldn't have chosen the free ground shipping that was offered. I believe that the swimsuit was shipped & I know that I didn't receive it, so the problem lies with USPS. After taking the issue up with USPS, I had exhausted all my hopes of achieving some kind of resolution to the matter. As everyone knows, you can't argue with a government entity and win. I had hoped that in an effort to retain me as a customer, HerRoom would show some "good will" but instead I was treated rudely and will never shop with this company again. I ordered the same swimsuit from Amazon, and though it was more expensive, I DID receive it and in a timely manner.

I needed to return/exchange items since I didn't receive the size I ordered. I went through the whole process and did the videos for the sizing and it still ended up wrong. The CSR I spoke with initially via chat basically disconnected our call. When I asked for a phone number, the CSR I spoke to was rude. She eventually got things resolved, but the absolute lack of caring and professionalism is just too much for me. I won't be ordering from you again. Very disappointing.

We are an ecommerce company and have highly competent staff to assist you. Our records show you never spoke to any of our fitters but just called in the day following shipping and being upset that you had not received overnight delivery. The free shipping you received with your order was never indicated overnight. WE are sorry you are not satisfied.

I ordered two swimsuits from HerRoom in two different sizes. When I received my order I took both items out of the box, and I tried on the xl swimsuit that ended up being too small for me. Because the larger of the two (the xl) was too small, I didn't even try on the large. I tried on the xl swimsuit over my underwear, and never removed any tag or liner. I returned both swimsuits, only ever trying on one of them, and I was refunded for the one that I tried on but not refunded for the one that I DID NOT try on. When I contacted them that said that I sent it back damaged and that it had been worn and was dirty. This is impossible for me to have worm this item as it was smaller than the one that was too small. I kept telling them that I never wore the item, but they insisted that I did. They refuse to refund me for an item that I never used, never tried on, and returned to them in the same condition in which it was sent to me. They stated that there was deodorant on the crotch, and I didn't even know people wore deodorant on their crotch, I certainty do not. I should have read the reviews prior to ordering from them because this seems to be a common practice. They are thieves and I will never order from them again. I will continue fighting for the refund that I am owed.
Hello Carie - WE understand that it is disappointing not to receive a full refund. Our returns department works hard not to refuse anything and in fact has high-level cleaning supplies to try and salvage a damaged return to new so it can be put back into inventory. Your item unfortunately was unable to be cleaned up back to new. I hope this answers your question.
